Good location for enjoy Bruges, sleep not so muchPosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Location, breakfast, renovated rooms.
Cons: Nose. Did not appreciate being woken up before 6am with laundry being delivered outside my hotel. Also, we had no hot water on the first night.
Location: See and enjoy Bruges. See the most famous dog in Belgium, Fidel sleeping overlooking the canal.
Bruges is a lovely city, lots to do and see. The hotel is ideally placed to as a base for Bruges but you pay a price for this both in terms of money and noise. Good, secure underground car park which is great as you do not need a car in Bruges. We parked up on check-in and left it there until check-out. Breakfast was excellent, new rooms are nicely decorated.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback. It is nice to read that you like our new rooms and bathrooms. I apologize for the noise disturbance you had of the laundry company. I will check what happened and correct them for this early delivery hour. This is not what we agreed with them. It is thanks to you feedback that we are able to improve our service and quality. Crowne plaza hotel BrugesPosted Apr 12, 2015
Lovely hotel in burg square, check in was fast and hassle free, We had a twin room overlooking the square, double beds were really comfortable, room also had air con. There was a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary chocolate and bottled water. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. Bruges is a lovely historical city, we walked everywhere as we didn't want to miss a thing, with so many little side streets. we browsed in so many shops where all the staff were helpful and friendly and we were under no pressure to buy anything. Canal boat trip was informative as was the horse and carriage ride. A definite must see city that I would happily return to.

excellent location.staff friendly.bed comfortable.Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: location good, staff friendly.beds very comfortable.
Location: In Burg area and a very short stroll to other tourist sites.Right beside Delaney,s Irish bar which serves excellent food and value for money.
This was a treat for my husband,s birthday. On arrival we were told by reception that there were renovations being carried out in hotel, which we were not pre-warned about...checked in at 3pm to workmen drilling constantly to 5pm!! The workmen started again at 7.30am..So much for a relaxing stay..If we had known about the renovations i would never have booked this hotel as there are many of similar 4 STAR quality in immediate area..

The location is superb right across of Bruges's town hall and close to everything. Hotel was classic with standard quality for the price.
