We had the best time, booking multiple rooms for a family birthday celebration. The hotel is in a great location, very close to town, but far enough away to not hear any noise. The staff were all amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly; a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and delicious. We stayed in the romantic style rooms and they def had the wow factor. Would definitely stay here again and loved Bruge in general.

It’s was an ok hotel. It wasn’t a good value for money. When we arrived in our room, we found a dirty coffee cup, unemptied bin and used soap bar in the bathroom. The staff were very apologetic however this wasn’t the level of service you’d expect from a 4* property. It’s unlikely we’d stay there again.

We stayed in room 141, it had the tiniest of bathrooms, more like a cupboard. Very impractical and uncomfortable. No hooks to hang a bath towel. You had to place it on the floor or on the toilet. No shelving, for toiletries either. No mirror in the bedroom. When we left the receptionist asked if we had a good stay, we told her about our issues, which she responded. Next time you stay ask for a room with a bigger bathroom.

Love Bruges
The hotel was lovey and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were very helpful and great at recommending places to visit and eat. Pool was a nice touch.

I’m sure the rate was typical for the area, but it felt like a very high price for how small our room was. We had some problems with the shower door not latching very well, resulting in water from the shower getting on the bathroom floor. Our main issue however was bugs. Again this could be typical for the area, but we had a lot of bugs in our room! A spider, mosquitoes, gnats, a housefly…we noticed that there was a tub of water on top of the dresser in our room and weren’t sure if that was partly to blame or if it was somehow supposed to help with the problem. Regardless, it definitely wasn’t our most peaceful stay. One of the bugs even landed in my full wine glass! The staff were friendly but overall this hotel was the worst out of the seven we stayed in throughout our trip.

The communal areas were pleasant and open, swimming pool and gym were clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed in the economy room which was very small and had no shelving for clothes. The bathroom was well fitted out and more spacious but some of the fittings were loose and the shower door let out water from the shower enclosure. Altogether though a pleasant stay with just a short walk from the town centre.

Outstanding hotel
This hotel is amazing from check in to check out everything was 10 out of 10. The lovely guy at check in , Yulian I think , is a credit to this hotel.He gave us a wonderful guide and recommendation on the beautiful city of Bruges which we found incredible useful.We were early to check in but it wasn’t a problem , we sat in the beautiful bar , enjoyed a local beer and before we knew it a room was ready for us. What a stunning room , immaculate ,luxurious and spacious. Indoor pool was a bonus after a day of walking and breakfast was out of this world. We loved the chilled and friendly atmosphere in this hotel , the staff obviously very happy to work there ,quite obviously love their city and nothing was any trouble.Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone staying in the area .

Great hotel just on the edge of the historic centre. Everything within 15 min walk. Friendly staff and great facilities. Espresso machine in the room and free chocolates on arrival. Would recommend.

Old hotel, not too convenient
Stayed on 2nd floor and still had to use a staircase even though hotel has an elevator. On day of checkout elevator was out of service. Had to haul all luggage down the stairs. Fortunately, hotel personnel helped. Parking not too convenient. Several hundred meters from hotel, requiring a 10 minute walk. Breakfast very good!

Fabulous hotel.
Fantastic boutique hotel just 10 minutes walk from Markt square. Rooms are super clean with very comfy beds and excellent service. The swimming pool is a lovely touch. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in a European hotel. So much choice and so fresh/great quality. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay - we had a family room and it was huge. My daughter especially liked the outside seating area. The beds were quite comfortable except for very small rather uncomfortable pillows. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Also, the hotel was a short walk from the city centre, so the location was great too.

First class hotel
Excellent value for money. Clean, tidy hotel with the added bonus of a pool. Room was first class with large king size bed & nice en-suite bathroom. Breakfast choice was 5 star with friendly helpful staff. Fantastic for kids. Would definitely recommend a wonderful base to explore Bruge & the area.

Very nice hotel and staff. It was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the main sightseeing but that’s not too bad if you don’t mind walking
