“Nice place...”

My husband and I would return to this hotel. It was clean, well-presented, and a short walk to the main attractions in Bruges, Belgium. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was 10 minute walking distance to town square. Had very large double room on ground floor. Great bathroom, hairdryer, toilet amentities, etc. Extra charge for parking. Good choice of selections at breakfast which is inc. in price

This hotel was really very good indeed. We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were very nice, the hotel itself, was very clean and the room was very nice, very clean and extremely comfortable. It was about a ten minute stroll to the square, where there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Thehotel garage was a great plus as we had come by car and parking on the street is impossible. The hotel also had a Japanese restaurant plus a bar which served snacks and was nice to relax in after we had been out for dinner in the evening.

lovley clean hotel.friendly helpfull staff.we used the spa for a small extra cost wich was realy relaxing after climbing the bell tower {364 steps up and down] and then 220 steps in the brewry! only a ten minuite walk to the main square and with lots of shops and bars on the way to look at it may take a little longer!! the hotel sits on a canal in a quiter side of town.how ever it is near a school andthe bell in the morning wakes you up just in time for brekki all in all a good place to stay.this hotelin brugge is a great place to stay and have some quality relaxing time

“Whole family enjoyed it”

The hotel is very deceptive as not much to look at from the front. Rooms were at the back and were excellent we had a double and a twin room and they were fairly close to one another. Rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Dined in the Koto restaurant one evening and though was not cheap it was worth every penny or should i say euro. If we went back to Bruges again then would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location. It has a lovely atmosphere and the bar area is really nice. The gentleman serving behind the bar was so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast was very nice too.

“Nice clean hotel”

Hotel nice and clean impressed with spacious bed room, not impressed with reception staff, not very welcoming unfriendly looking.Hotel not warm enough in communal areas,so not relaxing at all had to go to bedroom to feel a bit of warmth and this with cold rainy weather outside. No choice of sugar at all available only white did ask why waitress shrugged her shoulders

We found the hotel staff helpful and polite. My room overlooked the canal and so we were particularly pleased. Bathroom adequate, in need of decorating, the shower presented problems and requires urgent attention in order to avoid rotten floor boards. Bar was cosy, a prices very reasonable. Overall I would go back and certainly recommend the hotel to friends and family

“Good value in a great location”

Our second stay here. Location is great, prices reasonable. Breakfast was good. Had a room on the side flank, very comfortable, had all you need for a few nights stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, not shabby anywhere even though not the trendiest. In the corridors between front and back parts of the hotel there is sometimes a smell (canal perhaps?) but I have no doubts about the cleanliness overall. Parking is charged (15 Euro/night) but is a nice safe place to leave the car and you don't need the car again once there, for central town is very close
