“Very welcoming”

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We loved our attic room, which was quite large.

“clean and friendly”

Went with my daugheter for a long weekend. Found the staff to be very friendly, hotel very close to all amenities, was clean and breakfast was buffet style which suited us, also breakfast was until 10.30 which was great. The only down side was our room was a bit small but other than that I would recommend this hotel and would go back there.

Very cute hotel but you have to be able to manage stairs. We thought it was lovely.

“Lovely, Charming, Friendly and Clean”

Staff is terrific. The Hotel is beautiful as well as clean and well maintained. This Hotel is ancient by American standards, but that adds to its charm. From its exposed ceiling beams, gorgeous hardwood floors, and winding and carpeted stairways, I was in love from the word go. In the evening, the tiny , but well stocked and well appointed bar downstairs fills with beautiful local women (friends of the owners). I felt right at home. I would highly recommend!

“Very Impressed and what a characteristic Hotel!”

Very impressed with room size and the most characteristic hotel ever stayed in. The building was very old, yet the furniture and styling were very modern. The room was in the high roof recess with exposed beams and quirky features. Continental breakfast very good with fresh, warm croissants every morning. Very short walk to the 'Markt' (the main square in Bruges). All in all would go back again and have definetely recommended it to all of my friends and colleagues. 11 out of 10!!

“Would recommend to others”

Beautifully decorated rooms and well chosen furniture set this hotel apart from the rest. I particularly liked the mix of old and new with nothing gimicky or too trendy. The hotel is situated only 5 mins walk from the main square which made it easy to return back to change before going out in the evening. The only disappointment was that the bar wasn't open in the evening. It would have been lovely to sit by the fire enjoying a nightcap.

“Very happy”

Stayed at the de Goezeput for five nights and had a great time. My (single) room was quite small but was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, and the toilet and shower were also spotless and looked new- plenty of hot water too. In a very convenient location- only 10 minutes walk from the railway station and very close to all the main sights- it was only a further 10 minutes to the main square and the Belfort. I also found it very quiet, little road noise from the street. Breakfast was also good, and kept me full most of the day. I felt very safe and secure, so would recommend.

“Nice time in Brugges”

The Manager was very kind and upon my arrival provided to me with a map of the area and indicated the touristic places recommended to visit. The service was really good. The only thing I have to say is that the room was very small, but fair compared to the service and price obtained.

“Great location & Great Service”

This hotel is fantastically located in the centre of town and within a few minutes walk of all sights. It's also just a short walk from the train station. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They made great recommendations for places to eat and were really friendly. Breakfast was also really good. And the rooms were lovely...full of character but with a modern touch. Loved this place.

Easy walk to grand place - lovely bar to had a drink in front of the fire. Good friendly clean basic hotel
