Spacious appartment for family of 5, reasonably priced, in the centre of Bruges, close to all the sights. Great

Great location... Decent hotelPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: The location could not have been better
Cons: The bathroom could stand to be updated
Location: Walk out the front door and the Belfry and Markt Square are right in front of you
Upon arrival we checked in to the room to find it had not been cleaned from the night before. Went out to explore and returned to a tidy room. We decided to take a quick afternoon nap but were disturbed by a hotel employee trying to enter the room. Everything else went fine and the receptionists were very helpful to suggest activities upon checkout

old hotel in the city centerPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: close to the city center, bells rang all day
Cons: it would be nice to renovate a bathroom, there is very unpleasant smell, and the furniture was old
Location: you should climb the spiral staircase of Belfort
hotel in the center of town, but the town is small, so you can not settle close to the center with better living conditions

Nice location, but a bit disappointing.Posted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Location & breakfast…price was pretty good.
Room was very old and seemed somewhat dirty in kitchen area…location was good and breakfast was good…but rooms just old…and hard to get to…and parking was very difficult…garage small and dank and dirty.

Welcoming, helpful staff, great locationPosted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
For a 2* hotel it was brilliant. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful with all questions and requests throughout our stay. Rooms very basic but very clean n tea making kit. In alleyway leading to the main market square, could c square from room. Parking cheap n next to hotel, and they took credit cards. Breakfast room is lovely bricked wine cellar, rest of hotel very basic n needs revamp, but it is 2*, so fine. They rent out bikes on site, tandems too. Wifi in reception. Sooo convenient for all tourist attractions.

Great locationPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in a great location in the center of everything. It's a 2 star hotel, but the service is outstanding. Parking costs about 9 euros a day at the nearby Pandreitje parking garage (10 min walk) or via the hotel if you call in advance for about 20 euros a day. Breakfast is outstanding - probably the best I've have at a European hotel. Breakfast is served in the medieval cellar. The hotel also offers bike and wheelchair rentals. I rented a standard room, which was small & basic, but met mine, my dog's and my husband's needs. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with fantastic locationPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a wonderful time with Hotel Koffieboontje as they offered us a free upgrade with free use of bicycles. It was very pleasant to in this hotel and from our room, we can see the clock tower from an adjacent view.

Perfect in every way!Posted May 24, 2014
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for me. The location of the hotel is perfect for any tourist wishing to visit the heart of the city. You can walk from the station but it's a bit long. The hotel was unique, comfortable, and cozy. I'd certainly recommend and return.

Ok hotel, superb locationPosted Mar 13, 2014
Cons: The rooms, communal areas, lifts etc are VERY dated and need updating. There was a rather unpleasant fishy smell on the staircase.
Location: Couldn't be better. If your priority is location over hotel comfort then stay here!
Nice enough staff, but the hotel was rather down-at-heel, dated and in need of a decent refurbishment. The rooms are fine, if small, but again in need of updating. The breakfast was very basic, with nothing hot I could see apart from a solitary boiled egg and a pan of baked beans! Great breakfast room though - would be even better with a refurb. However, the best thing about this hotel is the location - 20 yards from the Market Square, yet on an alley so it doesn't get traffic or crowds. The staff in the hotel's partner restaurant next door were fantastic, with a good choice of beer and pretty decent food. 10% off for hotel guests too!
