Nice hotel, close to city centre.Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Locality and carpark.
Cons: Beds, Air Conditioning, and it would be nice if they marked out & allocated a couple of parking bays for Disabled Visitors.
Location: Brugges centre is only a couple of minutes walk away, you really could not ask for more at this price.
Hotel is very nice, staff are excellent. Couple of minor problems, hotel is very erratically laid out, rooms are all over the place. So if you have any mobility issues, forewarn them (as I Did) to ensure that you get a room with easy access, Also beds, by modern standards, are quite low. Aircon was quite intrusive overnight and, last but not least, bath towels were really quite small, my wife complained that she couldn't wrap the towel around her after her shower (& she's only size 12!)

Pure comfort in BrugesPosted Jul 25, 2015
Location: 5 Minute walk to main square, plenty of bars and restuarants and canals for relaxing boat trips
Excellent location and customer service! From check in with Lieve and Marion ( upgraded our room and complimentary chocolates when they knew it was a birthday trip) to Frankie in the Dukes bar. First class , excellent room and plentiful breakfast - nothing was too much trouble

Terrible location of the bedroom and view.Posted Jul 25, 2015
When we arrived we have to carry our luggage first by elevator and then by stairs!! The bedroom was terribly located as well as the view. I asked for a change and the staff told us it was not possible.

Overpriced for what is on OfferPosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Close to Bruges City Center
Cons: Train your staff to be more welcoming and ask guests if they could help in someway instead of going about their check-in process mechanically
This property although located conveniently does not offer much else. The warmth and friendliness of the staff is not really up to par, the room is just fine in terms of decor, the bathroom lacks basic amenities like a shower curtain etc. Surprisingly they did not even provide conditioner with the shampoo provided in the room.

Hotel location close to main square. 2 minsPosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Location, location location
Location: 2 min walk to shops plus bus tour, the canal ride and to top it off the horse and coach ride with a commentary of important history. And Cafes, etc
We just felt welcomed the minute we arrived at hotel. The staff helped with our luggage to rooms which was a blessing. They explained the outlay of all amenities. We even enjoyed a drink or two in the jazz bar and the waiter was very obliging and courteous and recommended top drinks. The location was perfect as we all felt at ease to go into township alone without getting lost.

Fabulous hotelPosted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: The room itself was larger than expected.
Location: The city of Brugges is a walkable city. The hotel is on a quiet street just a few minutes from restaurants, shopping and the center.
This was a fabulous hotel just a few minutes from the center. The staff was excellent. Great buffet for breakfast. Lots of choices.

Perfect location!Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location! (and quiet, good facilities, nice décor and helpful staff)
Cons: Make the lift more reliable!
Location: 5 mins from Markt Square (restaurants, horse and carriage rides) and a further few mins from Burgh Square with nearby restaurants, shops and canals
Perfect location, literally 5 mins walk to the central square with a good range of restaurants and bars. Super helpful front of house staff, nice 'old grand hotel' décor - lift very tiny but useable. Room excellent, very clean and with all the usual facilities. Bonus of onsite parking and a nice quiet location. Staff were very happy for us to leave our car here after we checked out. No a la carte restaurant and only breakfast and snacks served but not a problem as so many places to eat out just a few mins walk away. Hotel also easy to find!!! Will definitely look to come back here when we return to Bruges and would recommend to friends looking for the same sort of break as us.
