Truly beautifulPosted Nov 24, 2014
What an amazing hotel. It was a shame there was some scaffolding outside due to renovations but I never heard a thing, and it didn't affect our stay in anyway. The location is a 5 min walk from the centre, was lovely to explore the cobbled streets. The room was perfect and the breakfast was of a good standard. Would 100% stay here again!

Old world charm...modern amenities.Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: Very professional staff who very attentive and helpfull...especially giving pointers and directions. Hotel sits right on a canal, in a quiet setting.
Cons: Coffee maker in room; however, full breakfast included has everything you could want.
Location: Wonderful, endless dining experiences. Beautiful, charming chocolate, clothing, and other unique shops. On Wednesdays there are farmers markets.
Bruges offers great small city, antiquity sightseeing. Restaurants, tea rooms, chocolate and candy shops, wonderful clothing shopping...so much to see and do. Hotel has charm of antiquity inside and out...sitting next to a canal, short lovely walk to everything.

Pleasant hotel in a nice part of Bruges.Posted Nov 6, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Shower curtain. Tea & coffee making facility in room
Location: Only a few minutes walk into Briges centre. Very pleasant strolling around the hotel area itself.
The hotel was nice in all respects, except the inability to get a decent shower (no shower curtain), and the absence of any tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Great location, heaps of charmPosted Nov 1, 2014
This cute boutique hotel was in walking distance to everything. It was charming and quaint. Bout room was very comfy. The staff went above and beyond. The only downside was they don't have an elevator and hauling luggage up and down was a little tough. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Hotel in great positionPosted Nov 1, 2014
Cons: Tea Making facilities in the room
Location: See above
Excellent hotel with helpful staff, could have done with Tea making facilities in the room but this didn't cause us a problem. Hotel rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast facilities well catered for. We would consider staying again. Location good for access to the city centre as only a short walk away. Bruges is a beautiful place to visit.

Perfect locationPosted Oct 24, 2014
Location: Excellent location
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We found the hotel rather hot and it would have been nice to have a tea tray in our room. But overall the hotel was in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely comfortable hotel overlooking the canal.Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: It's character and staff.
Cons: A proper shower and maybe more lighting in the bathroom. Because of the dark walls the lighting is quite poor!
Location: Easy walking distance to all shops and attractions.
We had the deluxe double room with canal view. Lovely big room and large bathroom. Furnishings old fashioned but suited the style of the hotel. Very clean and lovely helpful staff! Breakfasts were excellent.

The most charming hotel of my trip to Belgium!Posted Oct 21, 2014
Location: Bruge is an extremely romantic and beautiful town and the location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything, nice and quiet.
Hotel Ter Brughe is a 500 year old building on the canal and was so very "Brugey". The hotel was perfection and everything we wanted in an old world hotel. Our room had large windows that opened to the canal and massive beams, it was so charming. There isn't an elevator which we think added to the charm, but if require accessibility, you should request a room on the first floor. Breakfast was also included, which is very rate in Western Europe and it was quite excellent. I loved this hotel!

An excellent hotel with great character and very friendly staff. Ter Brughe is made up of two connected canal houses that must date back a few hundred years. The place has great character. Breakfast, included in the room price, was excellent.

Historic Hotel centrally located canalsidePosted Oct 20, 2014
The hotel is centrally located and the staff are warm and welcoming. Parking limited and the swans may want to help you finish breakfast. The Premier Inn this is not; the floorboards creak and the rooms are non standard. So if its an historic hotel you want, then this is perfect.
