Pretty, quiet hotel in central BrugesPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The location, the quietness and the quirky, pretty features of the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom, although nice, looked a tiny bit tired and worn in places (a few chipped tiles) but it didn't detract from the overall loveliness!
Location: Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Chocolate museum just around the corner. Main museums and attractions close by.
The hotel was in a great location for us. It was 5 minutes walk from the central square of Bruges, yet very quiet at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely large and comfortable bed! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was a lovely downstairs bar/lounge and a little courtyard outside as well. We felt the hotel was good value for money, being very pretty, comfortable and convenient for our stay in the lovely city of Bruges. We would definitely stay there again!

A lovely hotel and a lovely first stay in Bruges.Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Charming, central, easy parking, great for our little boy. Nice sweets on reception too!
Location: Central. Near to main square. Near to central Bruges - could walk out of hotel in any direction and feel in the heart of Bruges.
They were very accommodating to us and our little boy. Our first night away with our son, and it couldn't have gone better. The hotel was lovely, the staff were lovely, and we only wish we were staying longer!

Lovely hotel on the canal close to market squarePosted Jul 20, 2014
A lovely hotel with comfortable rooms which are not small. Very convenient to market square and most of the charming city. Freindly and helpful staff. A hotel to be recommended with excellent value.

Excellent location - beautiful hotelPosted Jul 13, 2014
Hotel staff is excellent, the location couldn't be better, is close from everything but in a very quiet/relaxed location close from canals and beautiful less crowded plazas. The hotel has a very unique character.

A lovely surprisePosted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Location, room comfort and décor, it was quiet, the bathroom was amazing.
Cons: Nothing could be improved. It was perfect.
Location: Five minutes from the main Markt and Burg squares. Go to Café Prestige for a lovely breakfast.
Our room had loads of character and charm, with all of the modern amenities we could want. The room was gorgeous, with many windows, a great king size bed, plus a roll-away bed for our five year old son. The bathroom was probably the nicest hotel bathroom we've ever had. It was massive, with a separate tub (huge soaker tub) and shower (huge walk-in shower with two shower heads), and toilet behind a wall. There was a safe, a mini-bar with all drinks 3 euros, plus room for us to put our own drinks in it. Our room looked out onto the garden courtyard of the hotel, full of hydrangeas in bloom. Each window also had a window box of flowers. The room had air conditioning, which we needed in the warm weather we had. It was an easy walk to the centre (5 minutes), but far enough away to be very quiet at night. The furniture included a large antique wardrobe, some lovely antique tables and two comfy wingback chairs. I wish all of our accommodation on this trip had been as wonderful!

Love Brugge!Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Great location...easy to walk to sites and market square/restaurants. Good customer service and breakfast
Cons: Lift wasn't working at times which made it difficult to get suitcases up stairs.
Location: Easy walk to the Belfry, Historium, horse/cart rides, cathedrals, numerous restaurants
The hotel is deceptive when you first walk in...a little old and rickety, but it was overall, a great place to stay.

Very nice indeed!Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: Location - close to center but far enough away not to be noisy. Great staff and restaurant recommendations
Cons: breakfast of coffee and role at 8 euro is over priced; fix room chairs with shot springs.
Canal view room is spacious and bed is comfortable. However, please replace sitting chairs are springs are shot and trying to pop out!
