“Will be repeat customer”

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spoke excellent English. Assisted with child's meals, directions to local sights, etc. Included full breakfast buffet...much better than normal continental style. Would definately stay at this hotel again.

“Great location, family friendly, very comfortable”

Very pleasant new hotel, recently build with nice modern interior. Perfect location in city centre of Brugge. Good breakfast, especially good value if you have children. Friendly and helpful staff. 25m from parking garage (cost Euro 8.70 / 24 h).

“Superb”

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My family were very happy with it. Modern and clean, and very comfortable. Underground car park was not too expensive. Location of hotel is excellent, on a road full of chocolate shops and Belgian beer shops. Only a short walk from the canals, the tourist attractions and the main shopping area.

“Great central hotel”

Stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Clean, friendly hotel about 10 mins walk to the main square in Brugges. Great value for money - would happily return.

“Great hotel, great location.... great city”

Excellent hotel in a great, peaceful location but only 5 minutes walk from all the cities major sites and market places. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay here next time i go to Bruges!

“Most Impressive”

My wife and I stayed for two nights in August. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the Novotel. It was a comfortable walk from the Brugge Railway Station. Staff were very helpful. We only had a short walk to the central town square. We would have no hesitation in staying another time.
