A great little hotel; friendly and comfortable. Room 21 is really nice. Can't fault the place. The only problem:- the road outside has changed one-way direction, made finding it in the car interesting but entertaining.

Amazing, hotel with excellent location in center of Bruges, with hotel parking, very friendly staff, nice hotel interiors. Small, but comfortable, nice and clean rooms, great services, free internet, excellent breakfast! Everything was perfect there. Receptionist very friendly and helpful with Bruges city information. We very recommend this great romantic city and charming Heritage Hotel !

“GREAT HOTEL IN BRUGGE”

THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL IN AN HISTORIC BUILDING IN THE CENTER OF BRUGGE. THE ROOMS WERE VERY WELL APPOINTED AND THE STAFF WAS FIRST CLASS.

“Great hotel in a great city”

The Heritage hotel was superb. Rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and with lovely complimentary treats every night, like chocolates and wine. The receptionist was excellent and gave us excellent tips about restaurants in town. Definitely recommend it.

“An Elegant Hotel in the Heart of Bruges”

The Heritage is an extremely pleasant and nicely decorated hotel just a few hundred meters from the main square in Bruges. It is "tres chic", with a very helpful and obliging staff. Well worth the price. However, you have to pay extra for parking and breakfast, which was a little annoying.

“Great location but not cheap”

Hotel was wonderfully close to the main square in Bruges, and the staff were well-informed, friendly and professional. And the room was pleasant and clean, although with a rather overpowering decor - red and gold and tasseled! But we were shocked at the valet parking, which was 35 euros a day. Instead we parked in the garage around the corner, which cost 23 euros for three days. The hotel breakfast was also very expensive at 11 euros per person for a croissant and coffee, or over 20 for the buffet.

This hotel was in a great location just near the main square with easy access to bars and restaurants. Lovely hotel and staff which were really helpful in explaining various icons around the city.

“Fantastic romantic getaway”

Everything about this hotel is superb, from the central location to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble, they made our wedding anniversary break in this beautiful city truly memorable. We stayed in a lovely ground floor room which had its own courtyard as well as a big bathroom with his & her sinks, large bath and a huge shower cubicle. Breakfast is first class and there are many restaurants close by. Ignore the touristy ones, ask the Reception team for some recommendations instead. There are many lovely walks and trips nearby, we recommend doing the walking tour on your first day after arrival, so that you get a feel for the City and the places you can explore.
