Gorgeous location .Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: The location, cleanliness, food and helpful staff.
Cons: The shower spray went on the floor a little due to the screen needing to be a little wider but not a major issue. More tea, coffee in room.
Location: Beautiful setting by canal, staff recommended nearby restaurant, short pleasant walk to city sights.
The staff very welcoming on our arrival. Lovely room with a nice garden. Breakfast served in a lovely conservatory and the food was plentiful and very good. Cannot really fault anything and we would certainly recommend the hotel and stay again, really enjoyed it.

Charming HotelPosted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Location, charm, cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing that I can specify.
Location: Near everything in Bruges. We walked everywhere. Great restaurants right across the canal, and a very close walk to the main square.
The Rosenburg is a charming hotel that overlooks the canals of Bruges. It has a quaint reception area, with a beautiful sunroom where the breakfast is served. There were 3 of us, and so we had a triple room. It was very spacious, and very clean. We had two bedrooms, with two separate doors that entered the bathroom which was nice. The staff were extremely professional and helpful to us. We had only one night at the hotel, but my son needed to use the internet the following day, which they completely accommodated.

A lovely, convenient hotel about 10mins from centre and the walk in is pleasant. Staff friendly, breakfast choice excellent, rooms comfortable. More tea/coffee sachets would be appreciated.

This lovely small hotel is situated by a canal in a very quiet residential neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to the Market square. The buffet breakfast is to die for! It's prepared by a very sweet woman from Russia. The manager of the hotel, Anne, is very special! She could not have been nicer or more accomodating-a real can do attitude. Our room overlooked the canal and was very nice. We really enjoyed our three night stay and highly recommend this charming hotel. Stayed June 2014, traveled with family

Great hotel, very comfortable and close to city center. Breakfast ok but could do with branded cereals. We would stay again. Be sure to pay for tourist tax on arrival as we paid on departure, only 2 euro each so that's fine.
