Location: THere is a wonderful little restaurant right around the corner where you feel like family.
Wonderful hotel on the canal. Very quiet. Large, pleasant, clean room with comfortable bed and nice view. Great cold breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. The only reason we did not rate this hotel 'Excellent' is because it is a 15 minute walk to town. It is a very pleasant walk and there is frequent bus service with a stop right outside the hotel. If you don't mind walking, this is a super hotel.

Great in BruggePosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: Happy with the Hotel as it is.
Location: Perfect location, close to centre of Brugge but with access to the countryside
Just perfect for us, a quiet small hotel in a lovely location by a canal close to the centre of Brugge, no more to say really.

Location: Location is great - it's a little further from the centre of town but lovely and quiet. Walking into town only takes 10 - 15 mins.

Nice enough...but is it worth it??Posted Jun 1, 2014
Is a lovely hotel in an ideal setting, with very amenable owners who will be very glad to help you out-but-for the price of the rooms I want a double bed not 2 singles squeezed together on my honeymoon, nor do I want the upstairs toilet waking us up when flushed.

Great Value in BruggePosted May 28, 2014
Right in center of old town, within a block of museums square. Can walk almost anywhere, or the bus/trams are 5 minutes away. Beautiful, renovated quaint hotel with excellent breakfast. They have an elevator, but it is of a style that makes it extremely difficult to use, and it doesn't work well. Take the stairs.

Superb hotelPosted May 27, 2014
Pros: Rooms, location, breakfast and staff.
Location: Good quite location on the edge of the main town. About 10 minutes walk and you are in the centre of the main square. Bruges offers many things, cyc
If you are looking to stay in Bruges then look no further. Staff are excellent, friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They are always willing to help you book anything and everything. The breakfast is amazing and all eaten in a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean, our room had a lovely view over canal and very welcoming. Hotel has areas to sit and relax, with a lovely small court yard garden. When we go back to Bruges will stay nowhere else.

Canalside GemPosted May 16, 2014
Pros: Location, architecture ,comfort, great service, wonderful breakfast and parking .
Cons: No obvious flaws .
Location: You would not be here if you were not aware of the history, art and architecture as well as the more earthly delights of beer chips and chocolate .
Lovely traditional building beside a canal in the historic old town that has been sympathetically modernised to provide very comfortable accommodation. Staff very friendly and helpful providing great service as well as wit wisdom and even weather forecasts ! Breakfast is a real treat, don't miss out on the boiled eggs. We loved being in such surroundings and in short walking distance to the main attractions of the town. It was however peaceful and quiet in the immediate area of the hotel. We had our car on his trip but were provided with a garage located just around the corner which was ideal for us , road access was also fairly straightforward which was a bonus in such an historic setting.
