“Excellent hotel”

The hotel was excellent, the room was spacious and had an excellent bathroom with both shower and bath. The room had a balcony. The room was cleaned and the bed made every day. The pictures on the website really are representative of what you get. The staff were polite and efficient. The restaurant was good too. It's in an excellent location to get to Brugge and is (very) close to the motorway so other cities in Belgium are easy to get to as well. The only really negatives that I can find about the place is that it's too close to the motorway, you couldn't sleep with the windows open although the aircon takes care of that problem. Also, our supposed double bed was actually a pair of singles pushed together. Finally, while the restaurant was good the meals were rather expensive! All in all, it was a wonderful hotel. Both my girlfriend and I would heartily recommend it and should be go back to Brugge we would most likely stay there again! We both wish we were still there...

“Excellent choice on the way to/from the ferries to England.”

Very convenient, located just 300m off the E40, yet quiet. Helpful staff, very good restaurant, and every facility a traveler may need.

“Spacious rooms - well impressed”

Lovely new Hotel. Spacious, light, clean room with the bonus of a fridge and hospitality tray. Two comfortable armchairs and a small table, TV etc. Luxurious bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Our room overlooked the fields so very quiet. On exiting the E40 from Germany down the slip road, the Hotel was facing us across the road. Getting back on the E40 was just as easy. We were not conscious of any road noise at all even with its proximity to the motorway. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant, which was of a good standard, with competent staff and chefs. Free safe car park - which was one reason for chosing the hotel for our 2 night stay. We drove into Brugge, - just turn left out of the car park and you hit the Brugge ring road barely 4 miles away, turn left, the train station multi-storey car park is on the left. Easy even without a sat nav. A free bus is provided into the town centre, a few steps away from the car park. Loved Brugge, of course. Also visited Oostkamp,a couple of streets away from the hotel, which is a lovely small town. The Hotel was a great finale to a lovely holiday, and just 40 minutes drive to Dunkerque Port.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, ideally located to visit Bruges, and the staff were extremely helpful.

“"Great stay"”

This hotel matched our expectations. Exactly like the internet pictures for all rooms we saw. Very spacious modern rooms. Delightful modern decoration throughout the hotel. We chose to stay at this hotel, being about 7 km from Brugge, as we wanted to cycle as much as possible. There were cycle paths all the way into Brugge by road or along the canal path (motorists are very curtious to cyclists in Belgium). Hotel very conveniently provided a shed for overnight bike storage and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, but expensive. Hotel is in a very convenient position for sight seeing by car or cycle and so easy to find.

“Excellent hotel”

Excellent place to stay - but only if you have a car as this hotel is right by the motorway. It's about 4 miles to the centre but is an easy journey and parking is only 2.5 euros all day at the station. You get a free bus ride to the centre too but it is only a few minutes' walk away. We hired bikes from the hotel and rode there very quickly (cycling in Belgium is so easy, separate bike lanes, considerate motorists and no theft/ vandalism problems). I cannot really fault the hotel - spacious, modern, well-equipped bedrooms and large up-to-date bathrooms. Breakfast was great, lots of fruit and an egg counter (if that is what you call it!) where eggs can be cooked to order. For those on a weak pound, breakfast appears expensive but represents good value for money when you compare what the 18 euros gets you outside. Staff very polite and helpful.

“Wonderful hotel”

Our room for three was a wonderful room - very large, well appointed and the bathroom was also large with a separate oversized tub and shower. Tell me where I can get a shower head like this to install in our shower at home. The breakfast, though rather expensive at 16 Euros per person was very abundant including a machine that slices and squeezes the oranges for fresh orange juice - breads and meats and omelets available to satisfy anyones's taste in breakfast. We enjoyed our first vist last week that we returned for a second visit this week when we decided that Brugge was due a second visit before we returned home.

“We're going back!”

Easy hotel to find with a large car park which is free for guests to use. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, welcoming us and swiftly booking us in with no difficulties from not arriving until 7pm. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large with a tub and seperate shower which was lovely. Complimentary toiletries such as soap etc was a bonus. We did not use the hotel or bar as we only stayed for one night but they looked nice and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in December we liked it that much. The only down side is that the only shops are a 10 minute walk away but it's a nice walk through some streets with interesting architecture. It is however close to the train station if you would prefer to get a flight to Brussels airport and then the train to Oostkamp.

“Excellent Hotel”

Hotel is situated approximately 7km from Brugge Centre and is an easy trip in by car although car parking is a problem at busy times. Although situated near a busy road we could not hear the traffic in our room which was very large and comfortable with a king size bed and seating area. Flat screen tv on the wall with plenty of channels to choose from. Bonus of free wired internet in room, cables available from reception. The room also had a balcony with seating but too cold to sit out but very useful for a smoke. Bathroom was beautiful with luxury toiletries and the best ever shower. Had dinner in the restaurant every evening of our stay and cannot recommend the service and quality of food highly enough, absolutely delicious. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We arrived 2 hours before check-in but this was not a problem and we were allocated a rom immediately. All in all a very nice hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

“Beautiful Brugge”

The hotel was just off the main motorway so very accessible. The parking was plentiful and free which was a huge bonus as parking everywhere else was quite expensive. HOwever, if you drive to Brugge train station and park there all day for 2.50 you and your passengers all travel into the centre of brugge and back for free! Look and learn UK venues. The hotel itsefl was stunning in every respect, teh public areas were beautiful and spacious, teh dining room was excellent, though meals a little on the expensive side they were lovel. The gym and sauna area is very good and was well used whllst we were there. The rooms are lovely, very big and bright, they all have a balcony though we did not really get to use ours as it rained every day. I woudl definitley go back here if I was back in Belgium a fantastic hotel with great staff
