Quite pleasantPosted Sep 27, 2014
I stayed for 2 nights and I enjoyed it. Very short walk to city centre, free airport transfer both ways, and they offer one round trip free ride per day to an attraction. The night market and the big mosque are a bit far so this really helped. And there's a convenient mini mart in the lobby!

good central location.Posted Jun 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff helpful and friendly. Room cleaned well every day. We booked the cheapest room and were given a suite. Good freshly cooked breakfast. We stayed for two weeks and would stay there again,

Picked up by hotel staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms a bit like an old house bedrooms but clean and comfortable.

Needs updatingPosted May 3, 2014
Cons: Needs a serious refurbishment
Location: Located fairly close to main centre of town.
Hotel need to be upgraded as it is dated. Standard rooms are small and need new carpet and fittings.

The free airport shuttle was great, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. I got a free upgrade to a superior suite. Air conditioner worked great and room service was excellent and inexpensive. Only drawback was really with the breakfast -- limited menu and long wait. Construction noise behind the hotel was loud, but this of course wasn't the hotel's fault. Excellent location for those who like to walk everywhere (especially in a country with only 40 taxis total!). Recommended.

Room was very small but bed comfortable except there was no mattress protector. Location was good - we could walk to attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free transport too and from airport was very helpful

It was a very pleasant stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Great location near downtown, the river, and easy access to the Water Village.

The hotel is really old and kinda dirty. But we were picked up by the hotel at the airport and that is a big plus. The front desk was very helpful and friendly but the breakfast is nothing to write home about

Pros: free shuttle bus (but must confirm by calling them prior to the stay ) , quite clean, the restaurant at level 1 is quite good too.
Cons: air-con voice is a bit loud
Location: nearby has famous mosques, historical musuem and quite near to the water village
The staff are quite efficient in attending to our enquiries, very helpful drivers, the overall staying experience was nice and comfortable, the location is quite good too.
