“Friendly Staff and Very nice hotel”

We had an amazing stay....The staff was very accommodating and even asked did we need things before we even asked. I would use this hotel again and recommend them to friends and family

“My stay”

I enjoyed my stay with my family. It was close to many resturants, Walmart and the mall.

“Brunswick Park”

Very good value. allowed smoking in the elevatorContinental breakfast was mediocre and they allowed smopking in the elevators, but everythng elses was very good.

“wheres the Continental Breakfast??”

Thought it was a great place to stay. really only have one complaint. It is that the sign said continental breakfast. But nope they didn't. And really didn't offer any apologies.

This hotel was decent for the price. Its quite and clean.

“Good for the money”

Overall the hotel was nice for the money. We would definitely stay there again. The rooms aren't immaculate or super fancy but they are comfortable and clean. The staff isn't all that friendly but they weren't rude either. The continental breakfast is what you'd expect. They keep the breakfast well stocked and the eating area is pretty roomy and nice and clean. The hotel is right next to Cracker Barrell and Starbucks so if the continental breakfast doesn't suit you it's an easy walk to something different. For the money we spent on the room we were pleased and will book here again for that price.

“disapp.”

the room was not clean, empty shampoo bottles on the sink and smelled moldy. Continental Breakfast wasn't there. They had 2 bagels and 1 orange juice left when we got there at 715am.

“I was let down.”

The Lobby was real nice. The manager was very professional and kind letting me check in early. The room with the double beds are bland with boring looking furniture, but; it is ok if you just looking for an overnight stay. I saw the king bedroom and they look much better. The weekend night front desk person had a snippy, disrespectful attitude as it was too much to ask of her to change me into another room when I could not pick up the router to access the internet. Changing rooms did not resolve the problem and I had to check out and get another hotel as I professionally needed internet service.

“Don't stay here”

I booked this room based on Expedia reviews. Can't believe the previous reviewers stayed in the same place. Stayed in room 140. Carpet was filthy with several large stains. Unrepaired water damage to ceiling with loose plaster hanging. When we arrived the room smelled of deodorizer. We aired the room out the best we could. Later during the night the smell of just plain dirty came through. Except for the lobby and breakfast area, the other common areas looked neglected and dirty. Had I known you could submit photos of the room I would have taken some.

“Nightmare - New Hotel - Staff with little exp...”

In all fairness my review is based on the fact that this was one of the first weekends this hotel was open and they were working out a ton of bugs... Most of the staff were very inexperienced in the hotel business. They gave us a room that was still occupied. They also did not properly plan for the St. Pattricks day weekend with their guest counts and ran out of Breakfast. It wasnt until the last day of our stay that we received breakfast. On the positive side, once we got our room it was very clean and comfortable. I would rebook a stay at this hotel. Would like to see if they have their act together.
