for what we needed it to be , it was definitely that for us ..thanks Expedia and Days Inn....for a very enjoyable stay ...in Brunswick Ga. ....we had a wedding to attend on St.Simons ..so it wasn't that far for us , and we like to shop around the brunswick shops , we also went to Jekyl beach while there, and it was so very nice . It saved us a lot of money by using expedia ..thanks again ....

“Very impressed”

I had to find a hotel at a reasonable price at the last minute. I went to expedia and ran my search. Days inn came up and for the price I had to check it out! All of the reviews except one were horrible! I kept searching but could find nothing else within my budget. I shut down my laptop and decided my trip would just have to be a one day trip bc there was no way I was gonna stay somewhere with so many bad reviews. I begin to pray for god to find me something in my budget then it came to me! None of the reviews were up to date. I felt surely they had to have upgraded by now. So I took a chance and booked the room. I was so afraid of what I would find when I got there. But to my surprise the hotel was much nicer than I expected. It was clean and the air was on in my room. I don't get to go off much but when I do I like to be comfortable. I was comfortable and so were my kids and boyfriend. The only thing the kids didn't like was the pool not being open. This didn't bother me much because they can't swim anyway! We were able to walk to dinner with all the restaurants within walking distance. I will definately stay there again. And the staff was great and friendly. Our room door was hard to open and once we reported it someone came right up to check on it! I will definately recommend Days Inn off I-95 to anyone I know that needs to stay overnight in Brunswick!

“ok for a night or two”

this hotel is your typical two star hotel. The room condition was ok - the bathroom was clean but the chair by the desk had dirt on the seat and was stained. The mini fridge did not work, but at the same time it was not something i was using so i did not contact the desk. There was a coffee maker and microwave in the room. The front desk was very friendly when i checked in and they did have a security guard on the grounds.

“This hotel was fine, with a few minor flaws.”

Overall this was a fine hotel to stay at as a go between. It was centrally located around all the islands. Lots of shopping, IHOP right out front, open til Midnite! They placed us in the back of the hotel where it seemed everyone was staying. The sides of the hotel had no cars located there. We came around the corner and bam, seemed like a big party, but it quieted down pretty quick. We arrived about midnite and our clerk was very friendly, day shift was different. They all seemed to wake on the wrong side of the bed. The microwave was rusty, refridgerator needed wiping out and a little bit of mold in the corner of the shower. The morning continental breakfast is held in a extremely small area where just 2 people are able to make breakfast at one time. This hotel was fine for the money and as a go between. The beds were real comfortable, was an A + on that, especially after a day of fishing. We were satisfied for the money we paid and the location of the hotel was great for what we were looking for. Easy jaunt to St. Simons, Blythe island and Jekyll across the bridge.

“Get what you pay for”

The hotel staff was less than cordial and there were roaches everywhere. We must have seen 10-15 in a single night. We called the desk and asked for some extra bathroom linen and we literally get questioned by the desk clerk as to how did we need more towels. Then upon delivery, she literally did not say a word, even after we tried to talk to her. Don't get sucked in by complimentary breakfast either. They offer two types of cereal, bread and Danishes. Yes it's food but we were hoping that some part of our stay would help cover the areas that were lacking. I think the beds were just full size as well, not queen. All in all, great for a pinch, no thrills and no service but you got a bed and a commode. If that's all you need, then you are good to go. The time old saying never weighs more true, you get what you pay for!

“Not impressed”

The hotel is over priced at what we paid. Should be priced around $25.95 special. The staff was not pleasant or helpful. Didn't feel safe. I don't stay at the Hilton, usually in mid to upper range hotels. Tip, there was alot of hotels around the area. Please choose a different one.

“Will NEVER go back!!”

Carpet and bathtub were filthy. Room needed painting badly. Extra lock on door broken. Beds were terrible. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Not in a very good part of town either.

“Absolutly terrible”

This hotel is terrible. The toilet did not flush,the tub did not drain. The beds were not clean. I was bite by something quite a few times. The paint was peeling and the room had a terrible odor! The carpet was not vaccumed. This hotel should not be open.The front desk was told about our problem and did nothing.

“NO WAY!!!”

This hotel was horrible. Cigarette burns on the bathtub and bed was uncomfortable. The after laying down for about 3 minutes, I felt something on my arm and I brushed it. I turned on the light and there were 2 roaches IN THE BED! We left immediately! DO NOT stay here, it is not worth saving a buck or two. It was creepy as well.

“Roaches wanted to sleep with me!”

This hotel was super creepy! The bathroom was disgusting. The tub had cigarette burns on it and I killed a roach in there. I went to bed as I felt something on my arm. I rubbed it, turned on the light and there were 2 roaches in the bed! There were strange noises around too...just CREEPY & dirty!!!!!! We checked out after being there 1 hour!
