Tired venue, poor service. I mistakenly booked an addional 2 nights and tried to cancel with 24 hours. Neither Expedia nor the venue would consider even a partial refund. I will never use either again.

Upon check-in to our room it was dirty it had not been properly cleaned. When i went to get a shower roaches were climbing on the walls. The sheets had stains on them to where we ended up sleeping on top of the blanket. The o ly good experience was the lady at the front desk she was very friendly

They are upgrading a deteriorating place and not spending the time or effort to make it very nice but rather just making do and that’s a shame and expect more from Wyndham

Not For Me
Hotel is older but has had some remodeling done. The TV picture was grainy and the remote did not work very well. Bathroom was very tiny. But the worst was that this is one of those hotels that puts a $50 hotel on your credit card. I would not chose to stay here again and I’m pretty tolerant of most things.

The bed was the only decent piece of furniture in the room. Everything else should’ve been trashed or burned. The shower was nasty and no wash cloth or proper towels. The entire floor was nasty. Also, we didn’t even remove her socks.

Service and cleanliness was very bad.
The check in took over 45 minutes plus I was the only customer in the lobby checking in. I was tired and was ready to get to my room but I was very upset for how slow the clerk was checking me in. Then the room wasn’t very clean the sofa bed had food let in and the bathroom had trash left on the floor behind the door and the toilet flush handle is broke. I wasn’t very happy with this hotel. The pool does not have chairs so where are the people supposed to sit with no chairs at the pool.
