The only thing I was alittle disappointed by was the breakfast foods (eggs and potatoes) were not hot. They were both barely warm. The made to order line was 5 or 6 people long the first morning stay so I got my food from they already prepared food. I loved the variety just food was not hot enough.

Embassy Suite is always a great property but although very clean the rooms were a bit outdated and air conditioning took a while to cool. Beds were comfy and rooms very comfortable . Breakfast was very good !

Good Embassy Suites
Nice but not like many other Embassy Suites we have stayed in. Room comfy and breakfast was excellent. Happy hour disappointing with very low quality alcohol and popcorn and chips and salsa and fruit for snacks. Everyone working there is wonderful and attentive. FYI this hotel is next to a nearly defunct mall.

Looks the same as 20 years ago :(
For the price, there's plenty of competitive choices in the area much more modern. Embassy looks exactly the same it looked 20 years ago, dated, needs an upgrade. The bathroom had flushing, draining issues. The morning breakfast is still A+ but the hours are now only until 9am. It was always until 11am. I would only stay here again with a discount.

It was so nice to stay in a full service hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious and available dinner dining was great! Staff was very professional and belpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with daily maid service. All in all, a most enjoyable stay.

Overall it was okay. Was a bit disappointed with our stay, I chose embassy suites given the reputation of a premium hotel. There was a roach in the bathroom, the grout was a bit dirty and towels had a moldy smell. Bed was comfortable and the made to order breakfast was delicious. Rooms can use a renovation. Overall 7/10

This hotel is attached to a mostly abandon mall. There are shipping containers right outside sitting in the parking lot. They put me in a room overlooking the dumpsters. There are just nicer places to stay in Brunswick.

Jennifer I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your view. Those shipping containers are unsightly, I agree. The good news is that those containers are because businesses are renovating the mall. I hope that in your future travels to the area, you are able to enjoy the results of the changes coming to the Golden Isles.

Embassy Suites Brunswick - Not Good
The room was 201 - at the very end of the hallway. A/C didn’t work that well + the housekeeping provide some air freshener on 3 separate occasions for the horrible musty odors - but it didn’t help. It was the most smelliest outdated room that I’ve ever stayed in as a 20 year Hilton Honors member. It was subpar. The evening reception was ok - with a 2-drink minimum which I’ve never experienced before. So yeah, I guess I’ll have to alert Hilton Honors about this too. Overall a 2 out if 10 stay!

Overall a very good hotel. Staff was great! Favorite part of my stay was the complimentary hot breakfast and complimentary 2 cocktail drinks daily. My only knock was my bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and standing water would sit in the sink for hours. Other than that, great stay.

Good stay! The building is a bit older and the doors had issues closing unless you slammed them. Our door came open when we left and we were sure we closed it. Other than that, it was actually pretty clean. The area around the hotel is just bad. To no fault of the hotel, the mall next to it is closed down so it’s inconvenient. May possibly stay again!
