No daily room service unless you ask for it at the front desk. For the price, daily clean towels and trash taken out should be automatic!!!!!

The pool was closed. Had a sign on it, "dawn to dusk". We checked in, still light outside, was locked. Next morning, still not open at 11:00 am. Expedia website said pool open until 10pm. Also had a picture with hot tub. There was not one there. Had some disappointed grandchildren. Need to adjust your property description.

Mostly Great Except.....
We stayed for a couple of nights. Everything was ok except the shower water needed to be a little hotter and the shower door would not close all the way. According to another person at the hotel, they were experiencing the exact same issues. Other then that, the hotel was great.

Request a king size room, even show the front desk clerk my reservation,didn't make a difference to her stated that it was 3rd party issue an they enter for 2 double suite instead of king room.. not happy with service..

Overnight stay off of route 95
This hotel was convenient for us just off of I 95 on our way back from Florida. Check in with easy, Beds were comfortable, Breakfast was very good. Check out was easy and we were back on our way.

Great place to stay
This was the first Fairfield Inns and Suites we ever stayed in. Loved it then and still do. Have stayed here about 6 times now and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend this hotel for all the correct reasons.

I always book hotels that have free breakfast so as not to scramble looking for food early in the morning. Most other hotels I have stayed at have breakfast times that end at 10am. Fairfield had their breakfast end at 9. Everyday. Even on weekends. Had I known this to be their policy, I would not have booked at this place. Another picky rant I have was the lack of USB ports. The most recent hotels I have booked would usually have USB ports on the lamps or nightstands. Fairfield did not. They also did not have a Safe in the bedroom forcing me to lug my laptop everywhere I went. Even if the premises were safe, having one in the room would have given me peace of mind to not worry about my items of value. Needless to say, I will not be booking with them again.

Great attention to detail nice staff
Nice stop to relax after traveling on business. Quiet restful night clean breakfast area with good choices of pre made tasty entrees. Good abundance of beverages nice staff.

Front desk told me to cal them about the price so she can beat your price and since they have to give you a cut. Also the ac wouldn’t shut off. No hot tub but the website shows it. In the morning the pool was lock up at 10am. I ask for 1 extra bath towel. When she gave a guy 4. She told me there was pool towels outside I can us. I told absolutely not. They been outside all day and night. People touch them. Bugs crawl on them. Then she said never mind. Then gave me 1.
