Very nice condo. Great location. On the beach, close to restaurants and nightlife. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and quiet place to stay. Well kept grounds and adequate facilities. The unit we rented was not immaculate but not dirty either. This place meets all your basic needs for a stay at the beach.

“Room to stretch out and relax”

I am so glad we didn't book a tiny hotel room. For about the same price, we spent our vacation in a 2 BR/2 bath condo. It was nice to have the kitchen for the nights we decided not to go out to dinner, and on the day it rained, we could stay inside without feeling claustrophobic. My only complaint is that the mattress was old and lumpy, but a morning walk on the beach got the kinks out of my back.

“Ship Watch - A good place to stay on St. Simons”

These units are older construction but they are just fine with all the usual amenities that you would expect in a condo. The condos are very conveniently located to restaurants, historic sites, etc. The one really nice thing is that very few properties on St. Simons Island are on the beach and this one is. From the pool you have a boardwalk right to the sand and ocean. The views from the units are beautiful because each unit is positioned so that you have at least a little ocean view.
