Nice place great people

Over a really nice place but not over the top. Rooms are nice but not super spacious or luxurious. I got there at 2:00 pm and couldn't check in because the room was not ready was able to leave my luggage with the bellmen though . Would have liked to freshened up

They were excellent and helped arrange every activity and dinner recommendations/reservations before we arrived. Delaney's Bistro was out of this world!

Pros: Beachfront
Cons: Price of drinks and food. The beach umbrella and chairs on the beach shoud be complimentary as the ones at the pool.
Location: Bicycle rentals and boutique, convenience store, 4 restaurants and a coffee shop at walking distance.
Great location and ammenities. Beautiful beach front. Comfortable rooms.

Pros: I first stayed in this hotel in 1959 and have stayed several times since. But the staff is not what it used to be.
Cons: Be accommodating!!!
Check in staff was having a bad day which caused me to have a dad day! Unclean glass in bathroom. No hair dryer. Iron did not work. The best thing the hotel has going was a Bellman, I believe his name was John.

No southern hospitality

The staff at this place was horrible. They were so unfriendly and could have cared less if you needed something. For the cost you would have expected 5 star service and this was well below 1 star. I wanted to check this place out as a possible wedding venue but I'm sure I can find someplace else for less (or even more) with more service and hospitality.

We enjoyed walking the beach. The restaurants were great and a lot to choose from.

From the check in to the pools, restaurant, bar and staff everything is five star. I wish I would have stayed longer to have enjoyed this resort. Great great place

Wonderful Honeymoon Location!

My husband and I stayed at the King & Prince for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The staff couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The hotel is in a great location~we enjoyed the restaraunt and bar on the property and we also enjoyed walking into town. The resort is family friendly, but we were able to find space at the pool for relaxing. We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely location.

We had a very nice stay. The only area in need of improvement would be housekeeping. They forgot to replenish the shampoo and lotion one day, didn't leave towels the next day, and there was no hair dryer in the room. These items were delivered immediately when we called Housekeeping. The pool area is lovely. It was wonderful to have a heated pool. It is not always possible to find a beach chair when the hotel is full, though. The room decor is very nice and comfortable. We loved having an ocean view. All in all, we had a very nice stay.
