The room was comfortable and clean. You can only get into the parking lot from one direction as there is only one entrance/exit. If you miss it, it’ll take you a few minutes driving to get back around again. It’ll include a few u-turns

We had a great time at this location! The staff was the very best and made us feel so welcome. We traveled with our kids and they had complementary popcorn and cookies for us at all time. The marketplace is super convenient and the breakfast was just like most, some hot foods and cereal and what not.
The only thing i would say is that the new road or construction or whatever makes it a little difficult to get to from one side of the main road.
But we had a fabulous time and will definitely stay here again very soon

Stay was great. Loved the amenities that the hotel provided, like popcorn and cookies every afternoon and a pretty lounge with constant coffee/tea station. Hot breakfast every morning was also great. Room and bed were comfortable and bathroom clean and well stocked.

For an older inexpensive hotel, I was impressed, nice size room, comfortable, the staff was over the top nice ! I was pleasantly surprised by the overall stay. Dog friendly, clean, comfortable rooms, forget the breakfast, convenient location, tricky egress, in and out difficult

Well the hitel was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Though the breakfast was not great. The fruit was way over ripe. Didnt have a big selection. Fridge in room was froze up however they dis offer to have maintenance come in to fix but we were fine.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room- a pet friendly room was a little worn. However, the staff said the hotel was having a deep cleaning the next week.

Comfort Inn and Suites Southport was comfortable, clean, easy to get around in, and very close to the event I was there for Pledge the Pink. It was only 16 minutes from the park where it started. The price was great and really helped our budget!! I recommend the property to anyone wishing a comfortable, convenient, well laid out hotel. Very pleased.

We have a registered Emotional Support Dog with the US Service Dog Association. I presented our registration certificate, our dogs ID card, and letter from my Doctor of Psychiatry supporting use of our dog to help with my PTSD. The front desk did not accept this information and charged us an additional $30.00 a night for a fog that meets all the requirements of a service dog. We will never stay at this hotel again. Shame on you.

Thank you for choosing our hotel. We are pet friendly hotel and charge a reasonable pet fee for the pets that do not meet the requirements as set forth by the ADA. Service Animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. The training is rigorous, often taking more than a year for the initial phase, plus up to a month in training with the individual dog’s owner.
Staff was super helpful suggested the Saucy Southerners ate there twice loved it . They had cookies and popcorn at checkin and were just super friendly. A little tricky getting in the entrance but other than that it was great.

What i like was when i checked in Mauren was very pleasant it went very smoothly! Morning lady i didnt get her name but she also was very kind and helpful i had a minor issue and she took care of me ASAP.. i would go back to that hotel if i visit again..
