“Quite location”

I enjoyed the amenities and service around the facility, this is not your typical overcrowded stay. However you need a car to get to the other services and entertainment, all in all I would come back again.

“Great location”

Enjoyed the area and the condos just thought the front desk help was a little rude. We had booked a room for four people and they had us down for only a two person room with only one bed. Then we had to be upgraded toa bigger room and it cost more than what they had orginally quoted us. Beautiful surroundings but a little too dark when you are trying to find your condo in the dark.

“The Room was awful. Would not stay at this hotel again.”

The room I was given was awful. The carpet was stained and dirty. The room was dark and had only 1 small window. I paid twice what I paid on a hotel I stayed in near wilmington but the room was no comparison to the other hotel I stayed at. This stay was very disappointing.

“Not impressed”

This was totally not what we expected. Also this review could have been so different if the staff/manager would have shown just a small amount of customer service. Warning: the guest room has no refrigerator and there is no ice machine nearby or I should say there is an ice machine within driving distance. We really did not care about the size of the room, just wanted to keep our food/drinks cold. We checked in close to midnight and the staff working could not help us, kept telling us to wait till the next day to talk to a manager. So the next day it was the same run around. Finally someone was going to bring us a cooler with ice but of course we did not want to wait all day for them to bring it and they could not give us a time frame. We finally asked for an upgrade and was told it would be small extra charge for a room with a refrigerator, wow!! The night we checked in we were told it would be a significant extra charge for an upgrade. It was very confusing, no one seemed to be giving us the correct answer/price. We would have been very happy to just change rooms when we arrived if we had known it would be the small extra charge for an upgrade. And with all the trouble we went through the night we checked in, someone could have waived the upgrade fee, I mean really!! This just left a bad impression of the management of this place. I think it's a nice place and it could have been a great experience but very poor customer service.

“Sea Trail”

Go for the bigger units if you can. The single (lock-out) rooms are small.

“nice minisuite”

Got a great rate for SeaTrail on Expedia; booking was easy, but the resort had no one available at the Reservation Desk to verify our reservation before leaving town to travel there. It was not until 1000 the following morning that we could speak to someone, and they did not have our reservation yet because it was not "processed". The staff seemed disorganized, finally got it straightened out and paid a little extra for a "minisuite" for our necessary microfridge. Room was nice and spacious. Pretty location in a wooded golfcourse; difficult to find the registration desk; buildings are not clearly marked, and there are 4 entrances to the resort so getting lost can occur easily. Nice amenities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi...) Close to beach, other towns, stores. Would return for the right rate.

“Great Housekeeping Staff!”

The hotel grounds were nice. We didn't have time to fully explore all of the amenities, but the hotel did offer quite a bit of variety. Would consider returning with family! Only one thing - I had left a personal item on the grounds. The front staff was less than helpful, so I went directly to housekeeping and they responded on the spot! Thanks!

We were very satisfied with the condo and the beach was wonderful.

“Will Never Go Back”

This was supposed to be a 3 night stay for my daughter and myself, but was so bad, we left at 7am after only staying one night. Hotel refuses to refund any amount for remaining two days. The room was very small, and you had to walk past smokers smoking to get to our non smoking room. The mattresses were worn out and squeaked everywhere, and had springs poking you, the bedspreads were filthy and had hairs stuck to the underside, the sheets felt like sandpaper, and the staff in the pool area seemed most interested in closing early, rather than working. The front desk crew was friendly.
