“Great stay! Sorry we couldn't stay another day.”

We had a great time. The room was excellent. Very clean. The only minor issue I have is that we requested a non- smoking room and it did faintly smell liek smoke. The ocean view was fantastic. Nice to have a balcony and sleep with the door open and hear the ocean!

“Good service, pretty rooms”

The room was very nice. The beds have really nice comforters and pillows but there was something about the mattress . We kept sinking to the middle. I'm not sure if it just needed a new one or if it was just too soft for us. Otherwise the place was great. It had a nice little refrigerator in the room---obviously just to hold a couple of drinks due to its size. I wouldn't recommend it for a long family stay unless you plan to eat out the whole trip.

“Very night place to stay right on the beach”

My husband and I went for a two day getaway with our dog and had a blast. The people were frien;y the breakfast was great. there was an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Our only downside was that we didn't get an ocean view room and definately will pay the extra next time to have the balcony and the ocean view. VERY peaceful beach.

“Very Clean and Updated Appliances.”

We have stayed at the Islander before, but has been a few years since we were last there. We were pleasantly surprised with the clean rooms and updated appliances as well as bedding. Thanks for giving us a great long weekend!

Just here for one night while attending a wedding, but have stayed here before and always a pleasure. Oceanfront room overlooked the pool. This time of year not much happening, but a nice, quality place to stay, for one night or one week, a great place!

Wonderful place right on the beach. Friendly staff. Great room. Walking distance to putt putt, shopping and food. Ocean view was amazing. Loved every minute we were there.

Absolutely wonderful! Room was very nice and clean. Staff was considerate and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows which I love !! GREAT location--beach was beautiful and quiet even on 4th of July weekend. Can't wait to stay again. Have already recommended to several friends.

“Enjoyable Three Days”

Found on Internet but I had been to Ocean Isle Beach many years ago - some changes but still has that small island feel. The Islander Inn met all our expectations and the tie in with the very nice restaurant about 2 miles down the beach was a plus. We ate there twice along with friends who drove down from Wilmington. The hot tub at the in-door pool was down but all the other offerings were good. The beach was great with the wide strand and the pool was enjoyable although small. The breakfast was good with many options. I usually try new places but I would definitely go back to the Islander Inn.
