Never again!Posted Nov 8, 2013
No hair dryer as advertised. Towels we very thin and worn. The worst, the room smelled very strongly from "some brand of COVER-UP deodorizer". We had to open the window for the whole time we were there. Never again......

Stop over on our tripPosted Sep 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was just okay for what we needed, a place to stay while returning home. The Micritel obviously is small but this place was nothing special. The breakfast buffet was average at best. I found the staff to be available but not overly friendly or helpful.

Just AveragePosted Apr 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was clean, the location was close to the freeway. Our biggest problem was power, we needed to hook up our laptop phone chargers and a printer when we turned them all on our power went out. I'd expect a hotel's power grid to be able to handle basic business tools such as these. They did get the power on realatively fast once we found the phone in the darkness.

Nice accomodations in Eastern Colorado off of the Highway. Hot Tub and Pool are indoor and well kept.

Nothing fancy, I didn't expect much more. The hotel smelled like a nursing home, but it was generally clean and acceptable.
Good overnight stopPosted Sep 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
Clean and quiet motel. Free breakfast didn't offer much but enough to get by until lunch.

Manager was rudePosted Sep 4, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were eating breakfast with no one else in the area. We were there for an hour feeding our kids cereal with forks because they did not have any spoons. After a while my wife checked the front desk and no one was there. She came back to the area and looked through cupboards for some spoons. A lady walked in and asked "What are you doing? My wife told her and the lady's response was "Typically we don't like our guests rummaging through our stuff." We informed her about how long we had waited and had checked the front desk. She replied telling us how busy she was and again reinforced that we should not be going through the cupboards. I took the kids and left to go back to the room. I told the lady how rude I thought she had been and received only a grunt. When my wife returned a few minutes later to the room she told me the lady had brought up the issue to her again about how we should not be snooping around in stuff. My wife was very upset and was approached at our room by a very kind gentleman who I believe worked in room service for the hotel. He listened to my wife's complaints and said we should fill out a review form and give it specifically to him and he would make sure the owner's received it. This is where we found out that the lady that had been so rude was the manager on duty. This gentleman did not want to give the review form to her. Other than this really poor customer service, the hotel and room was very mediocre and a bit overpriced

This place is a dump--with rude front desk peoplePosted Aug 28, 2012 on Hotels.com
The front desk lady was rude and obviously didn't care. I'm in the hospitality business. I would fire her.
