Good value hotel close to Brussels ExpoPosted Apr 9, 2014
Stayed here for 2 nights whilst exhibiting at Brussels Expo, which is about a 15 minute walk. Rooms are not big, but clean, and beds comfortable. Continental Breakfast selection good. The metro is about 5 minutes away, and the trip from Brussels Midi about 25 minutes without changes which made it ideal as I'd travelled via Eurostar from London.

So small and smellyPosted Sep 20, 2013
Pros: Very close to the Expo, which is where I needed to work.
Very small room ad really smelly. The TV remote control and the telephone did not work; but the receptionist changed the whole immediately (good point of this hotel is its personnel). No white curtain at the window, only the main obscuring one. This means that either I had to be seen by everybody or if I wanted privacy I had to close the main curtain - hence privacy meant darkness even at noon... Do not go there.

Great option !Posted Jun 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Location is right in front of King 'Boudewijn' Stadium, Belgiums national stadium. And great restaurants located within 10 min walkings distance. Had to spend 1 night in Brussels, before heading to the airport Zaventem. A taxi to the airport cost about 45 Euros and is about 30 min driving.

easily accessible friendly hotelPosted Jun 21, 2013
Pros: location and staff
Cons: More plugs in rooms.
Location: Close to metro line 6 to city center and bus to the airport, cafes and little convenience store within easy walking distance, quiet safe neighborhood.
The staff of the hotel bent over backwards to provide everything we needed and handle every request we had during our stay. The only little inconvenience was that there were only 2 outlets in the entire room!!!!! We managed to rotate our phones/laptops/cameras etc but it seems strange in a modern hotel to have such limited electrical outlets. The ease of access to pulic transportation and the exceedingly helpful and friendly staff more than made up for the slight issue. I will definitely stay here again!

Bruxelles stayPosted Jun 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Tiny little room, suitable only for one night stay. WIFI is free and good connectivity. OK breakfast. Can easily be accessible by metro, but first you have to understand the weird way the metro lines work (Oh, les Belges as the French is used to exclaim!) Fortunately, I fluently speak French to navigate out.
