Rooms were small and basic, but hotel was well located to venue we needed to be at. On second night I walked past reception only to find a homeless guy sat asleep on the chair. Walked into corridor, only to see that he had been to the toilet in the corridor. Hotel offered little in the way of an apology, complaining more about the fact that they had to call police to remove him.

Basic budget hotel. We were able to get garage parking both nights. Very noisy. Gentleman at front desk was super nice and helpful

Good place to stay in Brussels
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pricey however coming in at €11. The rooms at the back are very quiet which was great for sleep. There is nice little restaurant and café called "Le Beau Rivage" 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The Roi Baudoine (aka Heysel) stadium is 5 minutes down the road, and behind it is the Expo park which is great for a stroll on a Sunday. A couple of very minor drawbacks - there was no spoon to stir the tea in the room; some very noisy French speakers arrived late on Friday night and woke me up.

Ideally placed for easy travel into the city.
The twin room was small but clean. Good facilities and secure undercover parking. Very good buffet stye breakfast with plenty of choice. Metro link in to the city centre within a few hundred metre walk. Also walking distance for the Atomium, Planeterium and Minature Europe venues. A few local bars close by for a quiet drink or food out of the city.

Hotel was conveniently situated close to Metro station and tram lines for ease of transport. Staff were friendly. Breakfast choice was good and food nice. Room was small and bathroom cramped. Soundproofing not too good as we could hear neighbours coughing and, on one occassion, actually snoring!

Stayed 2 nights to go to Palais 12 to see Queen + Adam Lambert in concert. Easy walk to venue. Bed comfortable but bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Breakfast was ok. No bar in hotel so we walked to a nearby bar

Nice hotel but out of the way
The hotel was fine, the room was a little small, but I have come to expect that from Best Westerns in Europe. The hotel is near the expo and football center however that is about it in the area. Public transportation is required to reach the city center, I walked in the first day and it took over an hour and was through some not so nice areas of the city. The parking was covered but was a hassle to reach due to the staff having to open the garage door every time, even if you simply wanted to grab something from the vehicle. Overall, I would say its a fine place to stay but make sure you not paying full price.

small room close to brussels expo
in room internet was patchy, use wireless in cafeteria for reasonable results. Free parking is as available, this should be mentioned at time of booking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was under construction and this was not revealed at booking. Overall a 2-3 hotel close to the expo and atomica.

my miniature room in outer Brussels
difficult to find very small room. quiet with the window closed and the free parking is for only 5 or 6 cars. the room was smaller than any small cruise ship with no room to move about. definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Too far from centre, always hot, lovely staff.
It's just not that convenient a place to stay when wanting to experience Brussels. The room was small, permanently hot so we ran the fan constantly with the window open and smoke would drift in from downstairs. The window was totally unsafe - we dubbed it the suicide window. The area is dead, except for the atomium/mini Europe area which is overpriced, far too busy and we didn't go. We were irritated by the lack of anything cold. There was one fridge downstairs which offered beers, coke and metal flavoured water for 2euros each. As a pregnant woman, none of these appealed. The people were lovely and friendly always answering our questions and dealing with takeaway orders. I would not go again, but if you're going for a specific purpose and know what you're doing, preferably in the winter, it's not terrible. And it's cheap.

Good budget hotel near Atomium
Clean nice room, looks like king-size bed, but room itself is very small. Staff was very helpful. Parking has only 6-7 available lots (if required-public parking is available, but can cost up to 25eur). Wifi was ok. 5mins to Atomium, 2 mins to subway station, 15mins to the city center. Coin laundry near the hotel. No A/C, opening window can be too noisy for rooms on street side

The Best Bargain in Brussels.
If all you want is a good place to sleep and have breakfast then, for the price (60Euro), this was a very good place to stay. This is not the kind of hotel you would stay in for much of the day. The rooms are small and adequate but very clean and modern. It includes free parking, free wifi and a free breakfast which makes the price an even better bargain. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located just down the street from the metro so you can get anywhere in the city quite easily. My first choice if I ever come again.

Perfect Area
The hotel is a train ride away from the centrum but it is a very nice area. It is in the north side of the city, if you like waking up to birds chirping and sun then I recommend this hotel.

Great staff and nice hotel. Needs A/C for the warmer months. They do provide a fan but the rooms are very warm. Breakfast buffet is 11 Euros and is too much for what is offered.

This hotel was good. After flying for hours, nothing is better than a clean hotel and a nice hot shower!!!! My only complaint is that the a/c didn't work, but luckily it was cool and safe enough to sleep with the window open on the 3rd floor!!

the worst hotel i ever got
I choosed this hotel because it has free parking, as soon as I arrived I got the magic word "sorry no parking" and after insisting I saw the park place and found two free places. Then my booking was for double bed I got a very tiny room with 1.5bed.

Far from city center but good value for money
This hotel is very far from the city center, actually one end of the city, very close to Atomium. Please clear first about the room they are providing, because on day one they provided us twin beds room, where we booked for more expensive one (double bed room). The service was good in general, very disappointed with breakfast options.

Nice hotel, recommended.
The hotel is really nice for the price. The room was always clean and was comfortable, with a nice shower, tv, heating and bed. My bed had a view to the stadium and atomium, which was very pleasant. Free parking is also offered, which is not usual in Brussels. The staff was also very helpful

Small room with very small double bed
The room was small with a challengingly small double bed, which was springy - a bit like a trampoline. That meant that when one of us turned over in the night the other bounced up and down and woke. The neighbourhood is quiet enough, close to the Expo park, and suited us due to proximity to some friends.

Great Location to the Expo
Great Stay, close to restaurants and easy access to expo and train line. Great sights around the Hotel. Very safe for women travelling alone. Showers and rooms are small and cosy but adequate for a few days. Staff Friendly.

Good value hotel close to Brussels Expo
Stayed here for 2 nights whilst exhibiting at Brussels Expo, which is about a 15 minute walk. Rooms are not big, but clean, and beds comfortable. Continental Breakfast selection good. The metro is about 5 minutes away, and the trip from Brussels Midi about 25 minutes without changes which made it ideal as I'd travelled via Eurostar from London.
