“Excellent value in Brussels”

Centrally located, sweet staff, so walkable. Great price. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are typically small, but tastefully furnished--and clean. It's a terrific value for the area you're in--close to the market, a nice walk to the Musee de Beaux Arts. Recommended. Only one complaint: Breakfast wasn't the best. I wish they'd had freshly made coffee. But at least it was free.

“Bargain”

This hotel was surprisingly inexpensive, convenient and plesant. Short walk to train station and Grand Plaza. Very courteous staff spoke English. Room was perfect.

“The best place to stay when you visit Brussels”

Early January I needed to be in Brussels for business. All my appointments were concentrated in the vicinity of the Grand Market. That’s why I choose the Best Western Royal Centre hotel. This was a perfect choice. I could do my job within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff is very customer orientated. I was welcomed at the entrance and got instant assistance with my luggage. At the desk it took only 5 minutes to received all needed hotel information and check in. Within 10 minutes after my first step through the hotel entrance I was in my room. All went very smooth, it seems like they were waiting for my arrival. My compliments for the hotel staff. Very customer orientated and supportive. From them I got all the additional information needed to do my business. The hotel is in good condition, the room was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the high speed wireless internet service. The menu was also to my taste, that’s why I had my diners at the hotel. I am very satisfied with my stay in the Best Western Royal Centre hotel. For me it is the place to stay when I am in Brussels, either for business or leisure.

“Great Hotel in Good Location”

Nice hotel with friendly staff and within 15 minutes walk of the centre of Brussels. The location is quiet and is located near to a number of metro stations and tram stops. I would use this hotel again

“Good location”

The hotel is located near all central places but far enough from noisy tourist crowds. Good traffic connections; there are some hunderd meters to the nearest underground station. Very clean. The distance to Jubelpark is suitable. I stayed in the same hotel last year when I took part in 20 km race and if I take part in the race next year I should like to stay in this hotel again.

“Great Location”

Great hotel in a great location. Was very satisfied with my stay. We arrived at 3 AM and someone was there to unlock the hotel for us and check us in. It was nice to have a hot breakfast the next morning. Would recommend to others staying Brussels who want to be within walking distance of the historic center.
