“Wonderful experience”

The staff was helpful with a pleasant sense of humor and conveyed a genuine welcoming attitude. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is right next to the St Catherine Metro stop so location couldn't be better.

“Beyond the basic in Brussels!”

Hotel Welcome was exactly as the title expressed: welcome! We stayed in the Kenya room while our travel partners stayed in Istanbul. Both rooms were fabulous with great character and personal touch. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. We especially loved the 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby. The location of the hotel was also great, although parking was slightly inconvenient, it was secure. We would definitely recommend it to everyone staying in Brussels!

“Precious and Wonderful”

This little hotel exceeded any ideas I had formed from their website. We stayed in the Tibet themed room and I previewed Japan as well as the large suite Egypt. You really can't believe the decorations, the marvelous bath amenities, showers, comfortable matresses, and fine bath and bed linens. It is a 5 minute walk to the Grand Palace and the little peepee boy statue, pubs with fine Belgium beer and the main shopping areas. Breakfast was English with a cold cut assortment as well as hot eggs, bacon, crepes, mushrooms, and baked beans. I would give this hotel a 10 for friendliness as the desk clerks really wanted you to love Brussels and made sure you knew your way around the city.

“Nice Hotel”

We stayed one night in this nice, clean hotel. Very good for the price. Staff was friendly. It's probably a 15 minute walk to the center of Brussels and the Grand Place, but the subway which is right outside the door can get you there in 2-5. Lots of seafood restaurants in the immediate neighborhood (and a lot of non-seafood and a large waffle stand also within a 5 minute walk).

“Original Hotel”

We stayed in the Kenyan room. The room was really fun, but not cheesey. It was clean and the breakfast was really good. I'd recommend!
