Good to sleep, not to eat!

Very good hotel but lousy to non existent restaurant. No one was there to help, no signsof life so we had to eatat the competition Novotel where the food and service were excellent.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. We particularly appreciated Stephanie. She went out of her way to help us solve a passport crisis. The rest of the staff was courteous and solicitous, too. We were a little surprised that there was no free shuttle to the airport during weekends. We had to pay for a taxi both ways. We were, however, provided a taxi the morning we checked out. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again.

Stayed at the CP to catch a morning flight. Came to the airport by train from Amsterdam, did not make arrangements for transport to the hotel until I got there, and had to wait a long time for the 5-minute taxi ride (courtesy of the hotel). Lesson: make arrangements in advance or be clear where to meet the driver at the airport. Restaurant was closed, but went to the bar and got a dinner menu and a good education in abbey beers.

Terrible charges tactics with customers

i was attracted by the offer rate via Expedia for one night, but was totally shocked to see that food was only served in the bar on Sat and prices in the menu were worse than airline pricing discrimination. this is a terrible abusive practice by the hotel knowing that guest have very few options post there travel and limited options outside. Have never seen a small avg burger for 21 Euros, even in most expensive restaurants. total rip off and insult to customers.

One night stay

Our family stayed one night at this hotel. The property was spotless and the service great. Having said that.... Travelers should be aware that on the weekend there is no shuttle service to/from the airport. They will pay the taxi fare both directions. I felt that if I made an international call to the hotel any savings (and the extra wait time) would go unrealized. I just used a taxi to get there from the airport. They did pay for our family to go back the next day. Also, There is no free internet in your room and the fee can be high.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable accommodations (the bed was the best of our whole trip), and made getting to/from the airport very easy. I wish this hotel were all over Belgium.
