Ottimo hotel

Confortevole e vicino all'aeroporto ma mi sono sembrati esagerati i costi relativi al parcheggio auto ( 21 euro ) e ad una pizza margherita 16 euro. Il personale scarsamente gentile.

BUENO PARA FAMILIAS

Pros: La amplitud de la habitación y su comodidad. El desayuno bufet.
Cons: La limpieza, pese a estar una semana era raro el dia que nos ponían las 4 toallas, y un dia ni limparon la habitación, solo estiraron las camas.
Location: Bien comunicado para moverse en coche de alquiler.
Hemos estado una semana con nuestras 2 hijas, nos entraba en el precio el desayuno bufet, el parking tiene un precio desorbitado, pero se aparca sin problemas fuera del hotel. Igual pasa con el wifi que no es gratuito. Muy bien comunicado para moverse en coche. El desayuno muy bueno aunque deberían de variar algo los platos. La habitación tiene bañera y ducha. Las instalaciones muy modernas y agradables.

Hotel proche aéroport.

Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix. Malgré l'éloignement par rapport à la ville, nous avons opté pour la solution de nous rapprocher d'une station de métro à 7mn en voiture de l’hôtel (parking gratuit à proximité) pour ensuite 15mn de métro pour arriver au centre ville (ce qui nous a permis de passer à coté des bouchons dans la ville) De plus à cette station de métro, une galerie avec un salon de thé sympa pour prendre le petit déjeuner qui nous est revenu nettement moins cher que si nous l'avions pris à l’hôtel (22€ / personne, un scandale) Nous le recommandons si toutefois vous faite l'effort d'attendre pour prendre votre petit déjeuner, mais financièrement on s'y retrouve largement. Pour les repas, mieux vaut les prendre à l'extérieur, car le restaurant de l’hôtel n'est pas donné non plus.

Stopover en route from UK to Austrian Alps

Pros: Family room - we could sleep a family of four without needing multiple rooms. This made it value for money as well.
Great hotel, very comfortable rooms and exceptionally quiet given proximity to airport. We arrived late evening but bar was still serving food until 10pm - food was very nice. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We booked the same hotel for our return journey.

Excellent hotel from check in to check out

we Loved this hotel. Our room was lovely, comfortable, great spacious bathroom, excellent bedding. The staff was exceptional from the check in to the check out. We loved the grounds of this hotel as we were actually able to get outside for a walk before dark around the paths out back and around the nearby neighborhoods. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Brussels.

I stayed for 3 nights as I was attending a conference at another airport hotel. I had to use the hotel airport shuttle bus to get to the conference. It was the most on-time shuttle ever! The hotel does not operate a shuttle bus service at the weekend, but I called on arrival at Brussels airport on a Sunday night and they had a taxi pick me up by the time I picked up my case and got into arrivals. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My room was very quite and comfortable. The only negative was the internet, for €22 per day, it wasn't very fast, it was quite expensive and I kept having to log in. But I would definitely recommend the hotel.
