“Clean and comfortable!”

Loved this hotel. The front desk staff was professional, courteous, and prompt. The concierge is fantastic. I stopped by at all hours and each was extremely helpful. One even ran an errand for me on his way home from work! I was very impressed. Room service is really good, but prices seem high. The breakfast prices, especially. I went downstairs to the metro bakery each morning and got juice and danishes for two people for 6 euros.

“Excellent Transport links and ideal for business or personal visit”

We reached the hotel on a Friday night and it was very easy to find it as it's a very short walk from the metro station. The facilities in the hotel were top class as you would expect from most of the hotels in Brussels. The best part about the hotel is that it is close to both metro and train station. The trains from the station go to the east of Belgium and as far as Luxembourg and the metro can take you to both Brussels Central and Brussels Midi in less than 15 minutes. What I didn't like about this hotel was that the buffet breakfast was very expensive at €29. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would recommend this hotel for a business trip or a weekend getaway.

“Quite impressed”

This was a really nice hotel. The staff speaks good English and they assist you with anything you need. (train schedules, flight times, and close-by restaurants) For the nightly rate, the rooms were above what I expected. We actually had space to stretch out and relax on separate beds. It’s also close to all the major attractions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Airport bus has stop in front of the hotel, hotel is close to the metro station, comfort bed, towel is clean, staff is very helpful.

Good central location, bit to close to the train line but nice none the less. Fantastic room service. Highly recomend this hotel.

Clean and convenient with a helpful and friendly staff. Public transportation very near, but you will need to have change to purchase tickets from the machines.

I was not expecting such a nice hotel, but it did surpass my expectations. As our French is limited, we had to speak in English (though it is not our mother tongue), and receptionist and concierge were very kind and with excellent skills in English. The size of the room was excellent, with a good TV set, bath tube, hair dryer, etc. The only bad thing for us is that the mattress was very very soft, that is why we are ranking the comfort 4, but probably there is people who like soft mattresses.
