It was a very good hotel and our family had an enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast was very good and there was a nice variety. Overall it was a nice place to relax and sleep after coming back from doing tours or just being outside.

This property was absolutely amazing a must day will definitely be back in the heart of Brussels amazing staff great breakfast friendly people close to absolutely everything convenient store across the street amazing clothing store next-door restaurants on every which side I give it a 20 out of 10 if you’re contemplating stay here, think no more this is the place to stay!!

Lovely staff, wonderful breakfast and nice room, the only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, we come for the Christmas market and the Hotel was perfect for that.

Great location. Some public areas of the hotel have been recently upgraded and look good, some other areas and bedrooms are a bit older but clean and comfortable for a family stay.

The location was great and very close to Grand Place, Brussels Central station, other sights. However the hotel itself was very dated and staff was not that helpful. The breakfast was very minimal and not great. If don’t intend to be in the room very long it’s fine, but if you’re looking for a a nice place with good customer service I would stay elsewhere.

Excellent location. We have stayed a few times. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has recently been renovated. The room is clean but a bit tired. Could do with a repaint.

Great Central Location
This hotel is located right in the heart of Brussels which makes it an excellent choice especially for short trips to Brussels. The central station and Grand Place are only couple minutes walk away and Manneken Pis is about 5 minutes walk away. Staff members were super helpful, we were greeted with a friendly smile at our arrival and friendliness continued throughout our stay. Hotel public areas, main reception and breakfast room, as well as our room were spotless. i would warmly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I'm back in Brussels.

We arrived at closed doors.
When we arrived at the premises for a one night stay it was locked down for renovations, without us being notified. We had to make alternative arrangements, costing us more money and did not even receive an apology.

We checked in and it was a clean room and the staff was friendly. What was unique about this place is that it is so easy to get to and great for a central location for access to the shopping area in old town. We really enjoyed the location very short walk to the Central station also.

Staff at desk and in breakfast room very helpful. The difficulty i had is the lack of fresh air in the bedroom. It was very stuffy not able to open window. It was raining all the time so there was a lot of condensation on the window

the cleaning was not completed. I could find an empty malboro pack beside my bed head. the insulation of wall was terrible. the cold air got through the wall directly.

Lobby looks ok. Beyond that, hotel condition is dissappointing. Smelly carpet, time for a change. Breakfast is very, very basic.

Outstanding location and glorious view from breakfast room. I like no individual toiletries but shampoo etc in dispensers on walls. My room was on the side with a window that opens, big brownie points for me 😃 good WiFi and good shower. Towelling bath robe that was nice surprise. A fairly basic hotel not fancy but I’d stay again (and had a gym but I didn’t use this time)
