Hotel was good value for money.

Pros: The bathroom is nice and big, shower very good with lots of hot water. Room is a bit small but comfy bed made up for that. internet free and fast.
Cons: Make the hotel less difficult to find ( new signs out front )
Location: Standing facing the hotel the area to your right is a bit rough, not for the faint hearted. Never felt in any danger at any time.
The hotel was fine, good value for money, staff very polite and helpful. The free parking is, a massive car park across the road from the hotel, the hotel is hard to find,, look for the sign that says Hotel Ustel,,,and not Floris as this is on a flag and can not be seen until you are standing beside it. The area is not the beat, if you come out the hotel door and turn left is not an area i would walk round at night. turn right outside to walk down into the center, ten min walk and safe. I would use this hotel again.

Perfect location for a stop over on the Eurostar

The hotel room was small but very clean and tidy. Confy bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast is a bonus for the price, good value for money. Midi station is a 10min walk, perfect for a night stop over, but the area is not nice. If on holiday choose closer to the centre...

Hotel furniture was a bit old, but acceptable. Heating was too hight, and it was not possible to lower it. Everything else, acceptable. Good expirience for the money.

The hotel was quite lovely and at a great price however the neighborhood left much to be desired. Of course the price was a reflection of the location.

Hotel is quite near the midi station,really convenient. Environment and service are good. The breakfast is kind of disappointing.

The walk from the station to the hotel,means crossing two busy roads, and is typical noisy,grubby area. Late check in 3pm,early check out at 11am.but we dropped off the luggage at 11am. there is a better walk to the station, turning left out of the hotel. brings you to the big square & station.day and night time a lot of dubious characters around tube area. Aggressive beggars at station. Not an area to walk around by night. Mixed community, mostly n.African .the hotel is very busy with short stay groups. There were no xmas decorations anywhere in the hotel, little atmosphere and no bar or café,.overall décor worse for wear. Lampshades in breakfast area dropping apart. Breakfast was a scrum depending on groups in, but there was a reasonable choice. Only vending machines for water/cola or hot drink at all other times. Bathroom in our room ok,extractor not working, reported but;not fixed. Bed linen not changed in 4 days. Towels changed daily. This is a good groups hotel, not a family or couples place.
