Airport Hotel-Brussels, BelgiumPosted Nov 22, 2013
Pros: Convenience to airport and comfort.
Room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the bar area and restaurant. While food was expensive, it was very good, so guess it was worth it.

Super hotelPosted Nov 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay in the Golden Tulip. The sofa bed was comfortable for our very tall son. The bedding and bed were so comfortable, I could have stayed forever. It was a distance to our destinations, but we did not mind since we drove there anyway. WiFi and even English channels on the TV.

Tulip shuttlePosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: It has AC and worked well. And had frig in room. Both not common in europe.
They advertise free airport shutte, but charge you 6 euro city tax. So it is not free.

Airport vicinity hotelPosted Oct 18, 2013
A great value, staff and facility. The airport shuttle was very convenient. We stayed only one night as this was the end of our trip. The staff was very helpfull and spoke English well. A high recommendation .

Great overnight at Brussels AirportPosted Oct 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed at the Golden Tulip overnight between flights from Athens to Chicago. For this purpose, it was just fine. They have a free shuttle service that picked us up at the airport and took us back again the next day. The check-in was smooth, the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was all up to date, good plumbing, thoughtfully put together. The free in-room wifi was a little clunky to set up, but worked just fine once I figured it out. The hotel has a nice exercise area with a REALLY nice, relaxing whirlpool. It was nice to relax in the water jets and get the kinks from the previous flight before getting on another plane. The only drawback was the hotel restaurant, which you pretty much have to use since this place is in a business park with few if any other options. It was a throwback to the 80s, service wasn't great, food at dinner was so-so and the prices fairly high. We opted not to have the overpriced breakfast and waited to grab a bite at the airport before our flight.

Nice hotel conveniently close to airportPosted Oct 10, 2013
Location: Not much to do nearby, the nearest grocery store or restaurant is about a 45 minute walk.
We thought the room was very nice, the shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient, enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. The evening staff were very nice and accomidating, the morning staff we much more short with us and less helpful but still adequate.

I was very impressed by the high level decor and comfort of the hotel and the rooms. It was a very pleasant surprise.
