“Convenient, clean, free transport from/to airport”

Has a nice restaurant. The hotel personnel are very friendly. Has free internet and PC available in the lobby. I will come back for airport related short stays without hesitation.

“Great for business”

This is the fourth hotel that i've stayed at in Brussels for business. Usually I stay downtown so that i can enjoy the city center and restaurants, but this time i instead opted for a hotel near my conference. Hands down, the friendliest and most accommodating staff I have encountered of all my stays. They absolutely went out of their way to help in any way they could. They printed train/bus schedules (to go downtown), called a cab to the airport (past shuttle scheduled times), and held luggage for me so i could take a short trip out of the city. There was a great hotel gym, large flat screen TV in the room, small refrigerator for drinks, free wifi in the rooms and computers in the lobby, great breakfast (very pricey), free shuttle to the neighboring businesses, and shuttle to the airport. Seriously, I was very impressed. They made my stay that much easier. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

“Comfortable and Convenient Airport Hotel”

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Europe before our flight out of Brussels the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities of this hotel. Why I cannot understand do you get the most comfortable hotels outside of the city center? I was so happy to have a hot tub, sauna, steam room and pool at this hotel. The bed was comfy and room was very nice as well. Great little bar and restaurant. It was nice of course to have a shuttle to/from the airport making it cost effective and convenient. Also if you wanted to go into the city there is a train nearby making it easy. The only downside was when we arrived at the airport there was a big delay in shuttle pick-up. They apparently don't send a shuttle between 12pm and 4pm, making the "free shuttle" inconvenient. We arrived at 3pm, and had to wait an hour to get picked up.

“Wouldn"t go back”

The resturant in this hotel is substandard. We had a ten year old child with us and there was nothing on the menu she wanted to eat. This was the only time in 17 days of travel that we were stumped by a menu. When we did order, we had to stand outside in the smoke and wind to get our meat because they apparently didn't have a full kitchen. They were cooking everything on a bar-b-q! This hotel is for business travelers only. Don't go with your family.

I stayed only one night, the room looked in pristine condition. The only negative point is the extension cord of the shower that had a hole, therefore water was spraying on my legs and somehow a small amount got on the floor.

Pleasant hotel. Close to Brussels Airport (about a 5 to 10 minute drive).

Shuttle to airport was nice. Room was excellent.....facilities were closed so disappointed with that and restaurant service was horrible...food was ok.
