Just by the train station - Excellent stay.Posted Feb 25, 2014
The hotel is directly across the street from Brussels Midi - Brussels Zuid train station. I stayed there on an overnight, just before flying to return to the States. The hotel's proximity to the train station was very much a relief. It's within easy walking distance to the major sites in Brussels as well. The room I was in was clean and well appointed, with a comfortable bed. The staff were professional and good humored. Would definitely recommend.

Superb hotel for the price, and close to Eurostar!Posted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Good sized room, very clean, and safe location
Location: Close (15 mins walk) to Zuid Station and the Eurostar. The main tourist areas and Centraal Station were about 20-25 mins walk away
Stayed for 2 nights in a very nice standard room with two comfortable single beds joined together. There was plenty of space for a hotel with this price. The room was very clean, and in particular the bathroom was spotless (quite rare with well-priced hotels!) Didn't use any of the hotel facilities, but the breakfast room and bar looked nice.

Hotel close to stationsPosted Feb 2, 2014
My experience was okay considering hair dryers not working , I called receptions telling her the hair dryer not working she said she's on my own I should go down and collected . New room service menu have to call. Room heating is being controled by the receptions . Never top up coffee or tea also no milk either . Not a 4 stars service more of a 3 stars for a 4 stars room price.

Great friendly staff, immaculate & quiet rooms.Posted Feb 1, 2014
Pros: Spacious rooms Great night reception staff, always friendly Fantastic bathrooms Excellent pressure Super quiet- although the hotel was full
Cons: Breakfast - poor for a 4*
This is the 2nd time me and my colleagues stay there and I must say that for us travelling on the Eurostar, this is a great hotel. The rooms are very spacious, very modern and neat and the bathroom is outstanding with the best shower pressure- it's fantastic! the staff at reception, especially the night staff, is always very courteous and friendly. The only let down in this hotel is the breakfast: very poor selection, not many fruits, halways half empty by 9.15am, loads of tables not cleared and not appetising. What a shame

Great room but dodgy locationPosted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: Location to the train station was good.
Location: Location is a little dodgy but very close to the train station
Great room, Nice clean and big. Free WIFI. I was stuck inside the hotel because they lock the front door when the front desk is unattended. I had to wait about 10 minutes but was unsure at first how long I'd have to wait to be able to leave.

Pros: Lovely hotel with exceptionally pleasant staff ideally located near the station and Eurostar, well located for a walk into the city but far enough out
Cons: The fact that the air con couldn't be oporated from the room, it's centrally controlled and even in the middle of December the room was stuffy
Location: Great location for the metro and Eurostar

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness.
Cons: Overall the hotel, room and facilities were excellent and very clean, however the coffee/tea supplies weren't replenished at all during our 3 nights.
Location: The hotel is right next door to Gare du Midi, so very convenient for catching the train.
Overall, an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and although the hotel is a little further away from the centre of town (15-20 minute walk), it's right beside the Gare du Midi railway station. The hotel was recently refurbished so the room and bathroom are very modern and clean.
