“Location and staff graciousness make this hotel a 5-star accommodation”

I was traveling solo from America to Brussels and was unsure what difficulties were going to arise because I speak neither French nor Flemish.I soon discovered that most everyone speaks English in Brussels. I chose the St.Michel because it is right on the Grand Place and the affordable priced. The biggest staff asset the hotel has is Stephanie at the front desk. She made my stay a success. I felt well taken care of and will always chose St.Michel for return trips to Brussels.
