The first receptionist was terrible , she doesn’t care about guest comfort. The family rooms are in a second building and has to use stairs, this is a wrong advertising. Until we Getz back from the tours like 6pm, Aa new receptionist gave us 2 single room with elevator and we could have a nice stay. Unless you have no heavy bags this hotel woth it, they don’t have porter

You can hear outside noise from the room. Lots of noise especially on fri/ sat night. Hallways are dark. Wish they had a coffee/tea pot in room instead of on 1st floor.

Craves was an interesting Hotel due to the unique design choices and colours. Made it a touch more fun compared to other hotels in the area. Front staff were kind and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in advance of our check-in. The size of the room was very nice. While the room was pleasant and the bed was big and comfy, the shower sprayed water everywhere and did not drain properly. We also did not have hot water to the bathroom sink on the second day.

Cozy comfortable and good location
Cute and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and great location. Staff was very friendly allowing us to check in early and switch to a quiter room on the backside of the hotel. The coffee machine is not in the rooms if you are just booking the small double, so you have to get your hot water and nespressos down the hall. The only issue is the machin broke in the morning, but I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time. The street is busy, so it might be noisy depending on where your room is located. They also had a very cool cocktail bar "hidden" in the hotel we stumbled upon by accident.

On check in I wasn’t given any info about the hotel or its surrounding area - no wifi password no local map no information about breakfast they offered and there was no info in the room. Luckily I was OK with that although the wifi password would have been handy.

False advertising, expected a King beds based on description which they said they had none. The main hotel had a nice lobby but we were sent across the street to some side door between restaurants. Tons of stairs and the hallways smells awful like old cooking oil. Rooms were decently clean but felt like we got scammed for the experience we got.

We had a late check in and initially we were skeptical as we approached the building because there was trashed everywhere, lined up in the streets so we were concerned with the possibility of rodents and pests on the property considering the amount of trash in the street. But everything turned out fine. Inside the hotel itself was beautiful and so lovely! The chic designs of the rooms and even the lobby and common areas were stunning. Despite the very dark (almost creepy) hallways, we really enjoyed this hotel.

We enjoyed out stay in Brussels and the hotel reception were very friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator was broke down so we had to carry our luggage and back packs down but we were offered assistance... Great coffee shop across the street.

5 min walking from Grand Place. Restaurants everywhere. Bars open till 6 am most nights. Places typically open up after 1 pm. Next to the hotel is a market, so if you forgot something, easy shopping. This is a hopping place at night, but the hotel has ear plugs if you need them, we did not. Our room faced the bars, but we found the noise was not bad. Thick walls. We rode the Eurostar in to Brussels and took the metro train to the hotel. 300 ft from the train stop is the hotel. Super convenient to everything. Since we got in at 11 am, before check in, the hotel let us drop our luggage off for free and we went site seeing. High recommend. Showers hot, clean rooms, great staff.

The bathroom flooded and unusable because the drain is blocked，the front dest lady gave us few towels asked either we clean the bathroom or just don’t use the bathroom that night, next day was raining day so we stay in our room and hotel staffs opened our door and came in without asked us or knocked the doors, this is not acceptable and very disrespectful.

The hotel and the room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is super well situated in the center, close to the grande place and the tube station (bourse). The restaurant downstairs is very trendy and has great atmosphere but is not linked with the hotel (although they share the same entrance and that's where you have breakfast in the morning. Even when there was a lot of music and noise in the restaurant, we couldn't hear anything in the room which was very quiet in the back of the hotel. The bathroom was clean and provided nice products, the shower door was leaking outside the shower though. Finally, a little downside is that we booked the triple room in this hotel as the hotel page indicated 1 double bed and 1 single bed but at the end it's not a single bed, it is a mattress on top of a sofa (my friend found it comfortable though). The double bed was big and super comfortable.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel and the friendly staff. What I didn't like was the noise from the street and from the bar.

Amazing stay in Craves Hotel
We had a very pleasant stay at Craves Hotel. We were a party of 3 and the room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The location is unbeatable - the subway, train station, supermarket, pharmacy and other stores are within close walking distance. It got slightly noisy at night, but the hotel provides you with ear plugs. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

AVOID Unfortunately had a very poor experience with the service, I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and the hotel refused to change the dates even though I was more than willing to pay for any price difference. I am a frequent traveler and quite honestly this is the first time a hotel has ever been so rigid. At times these establishments seem to forget the first rule of a good experience - decent customer service!

Great hotel for a city break! The beds were very comfortable and the property had a great vibe. The shower design is bizarre but the water was hot! Great location and next to a supermarket for easy snacking.

Excellent hotel, beautiful decor, great service and what an amazing restaurant. We traveled with a 10 month old baby and we were able to have a date night downstairs while our baby was safe upstairs in our bedroom. Super recommended.

Kind of a funky place with some interesting decorating ideas. It's located on a moderately busy street and has a very busy and noisy bar and restaurant. In spite of that, the room was very quiet and comfortable. The room and halls has dark wallpaper and paint and they seem to have been recently updated. Check in and check out were without a glitch. The only issue we had was on the second day, the staff took all our towels and didn't replace them. When more were requested they never came. I ended up taking some that had been sitting in the hall since our arrival. Over all I would say we had a very nice visit.

Very nice hotel, but very loud screaming outside overnight which is no fault of the hotel. Loved the decor!
