“Decent place to stay”

The hotel was alright. You can easily walk to the center city from it, or take any kind of public transportation available within not even a block radius from it. The room was functional. The only con was the street noise that you can hear from the room (mine was on the 6th floor).

“nice for the price”

the price was definetly affordable, the room extremaly small but very clean and with all you need included a free wi fi that is not that frequent in northen europe....if you do not care about the size of the room but you value cleaness, comfort at an affordable price this is definetly the place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, and very close to it are 4-5 other hotels that are more expensive...

“Good value, has all the basics”

Good value and well situated for public transport, shopping and restaurants.

“Average european hotel”

Room was small, but location was pretty nice - 10-15 min walk to the Grand Palace. In general hotel is nice since you not spending a lot of time there. Buffet breakfast was not really good - we went to a place next to the hotel to have a breakfast next day.

“Not a good hotel but good ubication!”

It's an old building well located around other good hotels, close to some restaurants and many shopping centres. The personal is not that kind and the rooms are ok.

“Not worth the money.”

At check in I was asked to pay local city taxes. I was under impression that these already had been paid through my booking. A very small elevator lead up to the room. The moment I entered my room I regretted my choice. This was not a $130 room. A very small room. IKEA style furniture, Bed was comfortable but without a frame . No decent soap bar. No power outlets near the bed.. No shampoo provided, other than a bottle with a dispenser which you are supposed to share with previous occupants. Unacceptable. It may have been OK for 50-80 dollars but for 130 bucks it was dreadful. I stayed in Brussels before and there are Hotels within 500 yards where you will have a much better experience for the same or a little more money.
