excellent location in Bruxelles.

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: location and comfort.
Cons: coffee
Location: shopping and attractions.
We were there for vacation. This hotel is very well located closed by main attractions and great shopping. The staff was very helpful and the room very comfortable but slightly small. Exception for the coffee ( standard and cappucino) which tasted like colored water, the breakfast was decent. I would come back hoping for a better coffee next time.

this is my favorite hotel in brussels.

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: everything
Cons: i cannot think of one
Location: great location next to the best shopping on avenue louise and many good resturants in sablon area as well as louise.
i have been staying in this sofitel for over 7 years and i can only say that this is the best hotel in brussels. everything is good from the rooms , to the lobby , resturant . it just keeps getting better and better. they have added recently nesspresso machines and unlike other hotels who charge for your capsule there is no charge so i enjoyed my morning cup of double expresso . there is also a cigar bar for those aficionados who enjoy a smoke i like to use the bar in the spring and summer as you can really enjoy a cigar in mild weather . the best part of the stay in the breakfast which i can stay matches top hotels such as four seasons and ritz carlton and even a step above. the quality of the food is excellent and the juices are fresh and you have tremendous variety to choose from.

Staff went above and beyond, the guy at reception noted from my passport that it was my birthday and a little while later got some lovely chocolates with a happy birthday message!

Just fantastic!

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Einfach alles!
Cons: Ich wüsste nicht was man verbessern soll. Für mich wars perfect.
Location: Es befindet sich in Waterloo Le Louise. Man kann edel shoppen gehen und essen. Auch die schönsten Ecken Brüssels sind in der nähe.
Sehr schönes Luxus Hotel in bester Lage.

Brilliant hotel with attentive staff

Posted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Nothing was too much for them to do to make the trip memorable.
Cons: It was perfect.
Location: Great restaurants and the waffles were particularly memorable. There is a flea market which is worth a visit. Avoid Bank Holidays as places are closed
This trip was a surprise 21st birthday gift which lived up to all expectations. It was the first time in Brussels so the advice from the concierge was most welcome. If you want classically beautiful surroundings with a reception that welcomes you to a new location this hotel is the place to visit.

Davvero consigliato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Excellent location and service!

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: beds, linens, shower, location
Location: lots of shops, restaurants closeby, subway is 3 mins walk from hotel.
Stopover for a day but this place is amazing! Service and attention is #1 (thanks Ali and Xavier at front desk). The bell hoppers at the front as well (forgot name). Didn't go to Crystal lounge but took a peek and it's trendy with nice people (both patrons and servers). Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Beds and pillows were soft and clean. The washroom was to die for (nice fixed rainwater shower as well as a handshower. The water pressure was powerful too which was a bonus. One thing to notice is that there's a small window in the washroom where your partner or collegue can peek into so better to close the windows unless you want peeping toms : ) Location is literally 3 mins walk from Louise station. Lots of shopping and some restos. Grand Place is about 15 mins and Place Sablon (lots of restos and chocolates) are about 8 mins. Will def go to this hotel again and stay longer!

First class inexpensive hotel in central location!

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Location, service.
Location: Grand Palace, local museums, open bus tour, waffles, moules et frites, and sample the local Belgium beer.
We stayed at the Sofitel Brussels for our wedding anniversary. And were treated like royalty the whole weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel staff were knowledgeable about the local area and only too happy to help. The hotel was in a great central location and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy - and quiet. We didn't eat at the hotel but did enjoy a complementary drink in the rooftop bar when we arrived. Extremely good value for money.

Elegant hotel with first class service

Posted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: Luxurious, location, very polite and professional staff
Cons: The cost of meals could be lowered
Location: Centrally located, great for museums, antique shops, art galleries etc, restaurants bars
A prestige hotel offering a first class service but without the price tag. If you arrive by Eurostar, take the Metro, it's just €2.10 per person and 3 stops and 5 minutes later you're there. From the moment you walk in, you know it's going to be good. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and luxurious. Really liked the top quality beds and linens, also liked the luxurious bath robes and slippers. The reception staff were particularly friendly, charming and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The outside terrace was a very relaxing place for drinks, as was the bar itself. Didn't eat at the hotel as the prices were a bit high. A great hotel in a central location and not more than 15-20 minutes walk from the Great Square and other sites. Will definitely return.
