Nice hotel close to the European QuarterPosted Oct 12, 2014
Location: close to the European Quarter (approximately 15 minutes on foot), bus connection with the centre
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. Coffee and tea were available in the room. Breakfast was above average. Fast and free Internet are very much appreciated.

Quick stopoverPosted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: Clean and pleasant.
Cons: Would prefer coffee/tea-making in the rooms rather than going down to the very nice kitchen.
Location: Difficult to find but otherwise good.
Different to any other hotel we have experienced. Difficult to find. Free parking was good. Easy bus into the centre of Brussels. We had top floor so we had to go up one flight from lift. Would recommend visitors to try for a lower room.

Very enjoyable stayPosted Aug 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great service offered by staff, most amenable; comfortable stay in an upgraded room, which was very well presented and immaculately clean. We were very happy all round: thus ended up staying for an extra night. Location close to bus stop handy and bikes were offered for our use too.

Excellent stayPosted Jul 28, 2014
We were upgraded at no extra cost because of an overbooking error - we were given an apartment instead of a small room and were absolutely delighted with it. Having said that, we would have been delighted with the small room as well. Free parking was most appreciated, free drinks and snacks throughout the day were also appreciated and the breakfast was a lovely buffet. Good value all round, with helpful and competent staff.

Nice roomy apartment hotelPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Excellent size for family. Spacious. Very good customer service. Free breakfast with lot of varieties. Can take juice, milk, fruits etc anytime for free from the main hotel freeze for your room. Have kitchen too, if one wants to cook something. We even did laundry for free and cleaning detergent was also provided free. Very good value for your money. We were reaching late to hotel and the hotel texted us in advance to confirm our arrival and gave secure access code via email to enter. Has nice garden view. Its like living at home away from home. Cons: little far from main city locations and restaurants, which is OK if you don't mind taking bus or cab.

Excellent Room and ServicePosted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
This boutique hotel was well kept. We experienced a friendly service with helpful staff. The quality of the room was outstanding. The hotel is slightly outside of the touristic area. One can walk or bus to attractions.

Interesting place to stayPosted May 27, 2014
Pros: The apartments (over the road) are large and convenient; the double rooms are compact but their bathrooms well fitted and a good size.
Cons: Not much
Location: Walking distance to many restaurants and bars and Parc du cinquantenaire with motor, war museum & art museums. Nearest metro is Madou, 10 minute walk.
Manager cannot do enough to please...24 hour availability to fridge, beverages, snacks, fruit etc. Parking on-site in secure garage or across road behind security gate. Not central Brussels but was reasonably quiet, especially if you have a room facing inwards to the gardens. Nice patio and garden to have breakfast or just sit out in if the weather is clement. Not the most central of locations but taxis are cheap, €10 to cross town and metro/bus ticket costs €2.10 so use taxi

A little out of the way, but worth itPosted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
First off, I will say that when first finding this hotel, take a cab and stay away from public transportation. After that, use the bus to get to the city center because a stop is very close by and very efficient. Our "room" was a pretty large apartment, equipped with just about everything we could need. Free breakfast in the morning was awesome and the man who runs everything is nice and helpful.

This is actually an apart hotel. The room is big with a big bathroom. There is a kitchen with snacks, fruits and tea cattle available 24/7. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is very nice. Location is not central but it’s about 15 minutes bus ride from the city center. The cost is 2.50 euros per person if you buy tickets on the bus. The hotel has free parking which is good in the city where parking is at premium.

Friendly and cozyPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Very cozy
Cons: Wi-fi signal strength
Location: Within a decent half an hour walk, you can get to the royal palace.
Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was a lot better than just a continental breakfast, it is a good way to start your day. I was on the fifth floor and the wi-fi had a week signal. The room, bathroom and lounge area are very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I had a very good stay, thank you.
