mistake did not realise

shall never stay again at this hotel it was really pathetic there is no security during the night people roam around drunk in the crridors & shout aloud no one is there to monitor or control this rude behavious specially when all guest are sleeping at 2 am ?

The hotel was clean and staff spoke english and french. The hotel shuttle was automatic, which was nice because I didn't have to call for pick up. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Bus/Train stop. Very limited public transportation at those stops on weekend. (1 bus)

Great place, near the airport

Pros: Comfortable bed and quiet room.
Cons: Notification of operating hours of the restaurant/food service.
This ibis hotel is near the airport and was a good choice for our arrival into Brussels. The bed and room were very comfortable and quiet. The only drawback was that we arrived after 8 pm on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant was not open except for drinks and snacks. There are no other restaurants near this hotel.

Un Ibis très decevant

Cons: Personnel plus avenant, propreté de la chambre, confort des lits, navette pour l'aéroport devant la porte et mentionner les heures de service sur Web.
Location: On avait choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport (10 min.). Cependant la navette ne dessert plus après 21h, donc taxi à tarif fixe de 20€.
Il n'y avait personne a la réception a notre arrivee (23 h) et pas de sonnette pour signaler notre présence. On a attendu pendant un bon moment pour finalement voir arriver quelqu'un qui était juste derrière le comptoir et qu'on semblait déranger. Le lendemain matin l'autre réceptionniste ne semblait pas plus motivé que son collègue de la veille. Bref personnel très peu intéressé par son travail et très desagreable pour les clients. La navette pour l'aéroport ne vient pas directement devant l'hôtel, il faut marcher avec ses bagages et pour nous sous la pluie jusqu'à l'endroit où elle se trouve. Le charmant réceptionniste nous avait pourtant dit que la navette passait a la porte. Et la veille ca nous a coûté 20 euros tarif fixe pour un taxi (trajet de 10 min.) car la navette arrête a 21h.

Tarif élevé, Petit déjeuner hors de prix, Obligé de faire la queue pour obtenir un ticket de sortie du parcking systématiquement et SURTOUT , accueil de trés mauvaise qualité au restaurant de l'hotel. (Attente, aucune organisation, table dréssée aprés un service sans être lavée
