“hotel right next to the midi train station”

room was very large and clean as was the shower and toilet room.beds were comfortable and with extra pillow.plenty of cupboard space .ive stayed in alot of hotels in this chain for many years as i know what to expect,and my only real gripe is that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.is a cup and small kettle to much to ask for.. but the room was half the price of the ibis in amsterdam so i forgive them.

“Excellent location, a great hotel”

Suitable for the business traveller as the hotel has a very professional and luxurious taste. It's situated outside Brussel-Zuid railway, so perfect in location. The restaurant L'Etaminet is inside the hotel and has excellent food and drink. The rooms are in excellent condition, nice and clean, with choice of international TV, bathroom comes equipped with shower & hairdryer. Attractions include Grand Place which is 10 minutes by train from Brussel-Zuid to Brussel-Centraal, or better yet travel to Antwerp which is an hour from Brussel-Zuid to Antwerp-Centraal. The only drawback is no free WiFi access, other than that, a highly recommendable place to stay for a long weekend at least.

“Convenient for Brussels Midi & Good value”

A minute's walk from Brussels Midi, this hotel provides exactly what you expect from an Ibis - it's predicable, efficent, safe. Some people may turn their nose up at Ibis but they are always good value and consistent. Clean room, comfortable bed, simple food if you want it. Great Value.

“Very convenient hotel for eurostar”

Value for money, if you just want somewhere to stay before catching a train. Walk into the city centre quite possible also the underground goes from right outside the hotel. Not a good location for finding an evening meal.

“IBIS Gare du Midi”

I'm English with a little French, was greeted and checked in with perfect English. After a long working day I was tired and all my questions were answered. The restaurant provided a limited choice of meals, my choice was well cooked and the service was very efficient. In addition the hotel information described the times that breakfast would be at its quietest and most crowded. The taxi rank was easily accessible in the morning. Next time I'm in Brussels I will look no further - it is within 200m of the Eurostar platform!
