Great value for the location. Very close to the train station and the grand place. We got a room facing the square in front of the hotel, offering a front row seat to all the actions and entertainment. It also gave us a nice view towards the tower. Windows thick enough to block off noises from the busy square. Room is spacious and clean. Overall great place to stay.

I would have loved to give 5 STAR but for one reason. THERE SHOULD BE ELECTRIC KETTLE IN ALL THE ROOMS SO THAT WE CAN GET TO DRINK WARM WATER WHENEVER WE WANT AND we don't have to go outside the hotel

Very central... within easy walking distance of train and bus stations...plenty of restaurants and shops . Only thing was being at front of hotel it was very noisy early in the mornings. Apart from that a great stay .

This is a good hotel in a very central position. The room we stayed in was slightly smaller than the average hotel room and the the cleanliness of the the mattress and carpet was questionable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Overall the price of the hotel reflects the quality of the stay - i would return.

The rooms are tiny and the beds small and uncomfortable. This is hotel modeled on a youth hostel or dormitory. Cheap ikea furniture that barely fits in the room. Positives - it is clean and well run. Good breakfast.

What a fabulous location, so close to the Grand Place and the train station. The rooms were nice but I would take out the carpet and replace with vinyl plank flooring for cleanliness (Paris Ibis Bastille Opera has the best renovation). It would have been handy if the bar was open earlier in the day.

I chose this hotel because of its location. I got a corner room with a view of the plaza outside the window. However, there are several complaints I have that knocked off stars from my review. First, my family ended up with bug bites. Altho our beds looked clean we still ended up with bug bites, not just one of us but all three of us. Not sure if they really washed the sheets or changed it or just patted it. Second, there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door entrance that the cleaning staff forgot to take out probably from the last occupants. Third, then when they changed our towels they gave us 2 towels for all 3 of us. Good thing my son is not picky. I’m not usually picky with hotels but these bed bugs/bug bites really got to me. I hope they improve their housekeeping & room cleanliness.

This hotel is prime location to walk around Brussels. The rooms are small (even by European standards) but very nice. The hotel is not very quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable.

I stay here more often, but my room for this visit had a door to the next room. First in the evening there were several visitors that decided to enter and exit their rooms continuously, while the doors make lots of noise when being closed. I counted, it was 15 times in an hour, so had to sleep late. Then at 05.00 my neighbours who were thai decided to have loud calls, and they did not respond to my knocking on the door next to their room or their front door. It went on for 1,5 hours. Very frustrating, I slept little and had to spend my workday very tired. Breakfast was good as always, staff was nice too. I hope next time this is better or I wont rebook.

Fantastic stay..
Excellent location for sightseeing and tours. Plenty of foods to suit any appetite. Breakfast at the hotel is more than filling and many choices..I highly recommend this hotel...

Super convenient located near the train station and all of the tourist spots. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious. The room and bathroom were a little larger than what I’ve experienced in Europe. However, the twin beds were not that great. They were thin foam pads over the flimsiest mattresses and the fitted sheets didn’t even fit over the beds. It could be really uncomfortable if you move around a lot in your sleep.
