Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Gave suggestions when we asked. Always treated us each time we saw them. Rooms were great size and updated and clean. No issues at all. Will definitely have no problem staying here again when we return to Brussels.

Hotel was in a good location: walkable to restaurants, convenient stores, a bit further walk to monuments/Grand Plaza. Room was clean. But no AC, just heat. Window didn’t lock, only wooden beam to keep it secure. Elevator was tiny. Breakfast was just okay, for 22 euros there should be more hot items. Staff was very nice.

The beds are old, very springy and uncomfortable. You pushed 2 twin beds together which makes it impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed because the beds separate. Will not stay here again.

Two separates beds, impossible to sleep in the middle. Beautiful art deco Libby and extremely spacious rooms, all main attractions of Brussels within easy walk. Old fashioned European luxury at an affordable price. Excellent value for money.

a typical city-center hotel. Had no problems. Staff put us in an upgraded room just because it was available. Very nice people. Daily cleaning of the room, nice lady.

Sehr nette Mitarbeitern
Das executive Zimmer sollte renoviert werden und die Wände sind super dünn. 2 Tage vor unsere Abreise konnten wir nicht schlafen, wegen den Nachbarn. Wir waren somit bis um 5 Uhr morgens wach. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war super, weil wir waren nicht weit von allem was wir sehen wollte. Es hat sehr nette Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption. Sie waren super hilfreich und schnell. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service.
