Great HotelPosted Jan 6, 2014
Hotel is in a great location, 10 minute walk from Grand Place square. Hotel was clean, quiet and a great stay. Bed was very comfortable and hotel staff were nice and helpful. Would stay at this chain again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great price!

Better than what I expectedPosted Dec 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We got the best room size and view of our floor. I would never have thought to get this kind of room from a one star hotel. Checking in and out are self service.

Less value for moneyPosted Nov 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The charges are disproportionate to the room size, that too with the basic facilities like restaurant, room service, free WiFi, concierge desk etc missing. I feel so, because I travel quiet frequently across Europe and even basic hostel with 2/3 the room tariffs provide some/all of the above. The front desk person though tried to help, couldn't just do so as she didn't know English at all. I had a tough time getting to the hotel itself! The room in itself was comfortable but the way space has been allocated to the bed area, wash area, and corridors, this doesn't qualify for the tariff. All this when the hotel is right in the red-light district, with local shopkeepers cautioning you of safety.

3 nights business tripPosted Oct 25, 2013
Pros: location, convenience, price, shower
Cons: The computerised checking in system.
The Hotel is well positioned for public transport, with Rogier Metro station only about 5 minutes' walk. The hotel itself is ok, though the room is on the small side the shower pretty decent, and it has everything you need for a few days in Brussels. There is no breakfast room, but plenty of self-serving machines (yes, the coffee could be stronger). Near the hotel there is a big shopping centre called City2 with coffee bars, bakery and a supermarket on the lower ground, so plenty of options for breakfast etc, also the Metro is accessible through the shopping centre , very useful if the weather is not great. The price is very reasonable.

Good hotel but needs improvementPosted Oct 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed here for 2 nights. Thank you for the reviews here, I email the hotel to get my reservation number before my arrival. However, their machine doesn't take USA credit card, so I still have to wait for the lady to check me in. The room itself is okay, the bed is very comfortable. The shower is strong enough, but the floor was all wet afterwards. I paid for the wifi, but it doesn't work in the beginning and the receptionist had to come to my room to fix it. There's only 1 people working in the hotel because they are trying to make everything automatic. However, it still needs improvement before that can come true. Many different issues came up and there's only 1 person, you will just have to wait for her. When I check out, the machine took my key but says the process is not complete because there was an error, but the receptionist was not there, i called using the phone next to the machine but no one answers. I waited 20 minutes for her to come back and check me out. The location of the hotel is very good, not exactly central but walking distance to the grand place and the walk is full of shops and restaurants.
