Very friendly and helpful staff- nothing was too much trouble for them. An ideal holiday venue which I can honestly recommend.

Amazing location, okay hotelPosted Jun 23, 2014
Location was literally a tiny (few mins) walk to anything important/relevant for a tourist. However, room cleanliness and comfort could be better. Also we asked for a double room and ended up with 2 single beds put together. Since the beds are on wheels, they always move and separate and create a gap, NOT a double bed solution at all. This has happened before, maybe this is a European thing?!

One of the better hotels in BrusselsPosted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Everything was fine for me and I travel a huge amount. Perfect for a business traveller.
Cons: All good. Lighting could be a little bit brighter.
Location: Very well located about 100m from Central station. Close to a lot of bars and restaurants but down a quiet street.
The NH is definitely one I will be going back to - I've stayed in over 10 different hotels in Brussels and NH is the best so far, whatever the price range. Nice room (albeit a little too much dark wood), comfortable bed, quiet, good quality, great staff and well staffed reception. I like it very much and it has my vote.

Hotel needs an urgent renovationPosted May 27, 2014
No air conditioning Intermittent hot water in the bathroom Horrible old towels Safe box broken (fixed later) old tv set with poor quality signal Unexpected €8.5 city tax per day
Below expectation, but OKPosted May 27, 2014
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Remodel the hotel and thoroughly redo parking. Train staff adequately. Th econcierge did not know how to get to the airport.
Location: Cetral location, tons of restaurants an dshops
Spent three nighte with my family there. The hotel needs a major face lift, th eelevators are so small one person can barely fit with a suitcase. The lobby is tiny. Th estaff is inconsistently hepful, all very nice but cluless as far as what is where in the city. There is a Psnaish speaker (Spanish man or woman) and a local person. The locals are kind of OK, but not great. Use your own tourguide for city information. The parking is in a narrow hallway down three levels in a backyard. Unless you are a professional driver forget about parking there. There is no access to the hotel from the parking. Never tried the breakfast, but I heard it is average. Overall, we expected something better or impressive at least in one way or another. The hotel is a 3 star hotel by US standards. We stayed in a large room, (we paid for it) which kind of made up for the rest of our average experience. I woud spend a few bucks more next time for a better hotel. The location is great though. Near everything.

Best location for a hotel in Brussels!Posted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location. Great deal for the. Oney.
Cons: They need to update the TVs, to be honest.
Location: See above. Best location we had in Europe in years.
The hotel is ideally situated - five minutes to the cathedral, ten minutes from Central Station, ten minutes from the old square. The staff was very helpful. In fact I ended up in the hospital for two days, again only five minutes away, and they couldn't have been more helpful. As far as the room - the beds were really comfortable, the place was clean, the Wifi was easy but the old TV didn't quite cut it. We didn't get the breakfast, we never do, but even so it seemed outrageously expensive. There are tons of places near by and, another five minutes away, a nice grocery store. Buy some pastries or fruit and use the coffee in the room.

Poor service and poor maintenancePosted Apr 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Attitude is wrong, service is bad, maintenance poor. Great location though. Stayed there 15 months ago and thought things would have improved... Bad idea
