“Enjoyed my stay”
Loved this hotel. Clean and cozy. Free wifi in the lobby was very convenient. Located in a cute neighborhood next to numerous chocolatiers and many great restaurants.
“Great Location, Comfortable”
Walking distance from central station, Grand Place, Museum, Palace etc. 30 mins from airport via airport express train.
“Quick trip from Germany”
Nice location! We had a room on the six floor and it was the quietest room we've had in Europe. My only reason for giving the staff a 3 is because when we checked in - there was a bit of a delay, and they didn't provide information, if they had a continental breakfast or could provide us with a map, they did not tell us anything at check in- only our room number. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and comfortable
“Nice hotel situated at a beautiful square”
Nice hotel situated at a beautiful square. Correct but somewhat impersonal service.
“phenomenal location”
Nice but not fancy. Very good service, and very good restaurant. Prices very reasonable for quality and location. The location is terrific.
“Great Deal in Brussels”
I was nicely surprised of the quality and location of the hotel, because the price was very reasonable. The breafast was not included, but the man at the front desk directed me to a very charming cafe not too far. The hotel is located in the beautiful antiques' district, just steps away from nice cafes and restaurants, and a couple of blocks from the Royal Place and the Royal Museum. The rooms are a bit old, but clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to the same hotel.
“Good enough!”
The hotel room ( double bed/ queen-size) was big by the standards in Europe, however, it was a bit dated, especially the bahroom. The room was clean but there was definitely a musty smell in the bathroom and it could really use a better ventilation system. Apart from that, the hotel is situated well, a very convenient walk from Grand Place, the Royal Palace and the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula.
“4-star hotel with 3-star prices and 3-star service”
The price was right, but other than the upscale lobby, this didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. Several times when I called the front desk, no one answered. My room was tiny - the bed was close to the closet that I couldn't fully open the doors and there was no desk. The bed linens were far from luxurious, and I would have appreciated having more than 1 pillow.
“Bad beds”
It's a common place not to sleep wel out of ones home, but in this case a lumpy and craddle like bed did not help, hotel was fine, clean, nice area, but not worth my well deserved night's rest. Honestly I would not recommended based on that, it's very important for me at least to sleep comfortably, especially travelling for business purposes, the last thing one wants is to be grumpy, sore or owled eye in next day's meeting.
“Travelor”
i believed that I had booked with breakfast but according to them I had not. It was one of the reasons I booked it in the first place. Also nice was that an Antique Market is held right in front of hotel on Sat and Sun.
