Nice traditional hotel close to the city centrePosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Nice central location, helpful staff
Cons: The hairdryer!!!!
I booked the hotel based on previous comments and it's location. We travelled to Brussels on the Eurostar and the hotel was about 10 minutes away by taxi. It was my partners 50th birthday and some friends were meeting us at the hotel as a surprise. When the hotel knew this they were extremely helpful in co-ordinating the 'surprise' and we found lots of unexpected little extras appearing in our room, starting with Champagne, fruit & chocolates - what a lovely surprise which really made the week-end extra special. On Sundays they have a late check-out policy of 5.00pm which was great, allowing us to make the most of our last day and still freshen up before leaving. If we visit Brussels again, we will definitely be staying there!

Great location, great staff, disgusting bathroom, good bedroom. Sink backlogs dirty bathtub, dirty toilet. Everything else great.

GoodPosted Jun 23, 2014
This hotel looked quite posh from the outside and is in what seems to be a more upmarket area. The restaurants in the area were all quite expensive, but we did find one just around the corner in the end. Inside the hotel is quite dated but the rooms were clean Wifi was a nice bonus. We didn't have breakfast or eat in the restaurant as it was expensive. We went into the main centre as even in the bakery round the corner from the hotel it was 3 euro 80 for a croissant. Overall we got good value for money at £65 a night. The staff were all very friendly too. The only issue was the amount of noise on Monday morning with people slamming their doors. The hotel could do with some slow closing mechanisms of some sort.

Nice hotel in excellent locationPosted May 23, 2014
Pros: Location, kind staff willing to solve any problem and very attractive pricing.
Cons: Amenities. TV offer was too poor.
Location: Gran Place is walking distance, nice shops around and many sites to visit, such as the Royal Palace, some museums and so.
We chose this hotel mainly because is was walking distance to the locations where we would be working at. However, it turned out to be a very nice neighboor, with lots of chocolate shops, a nice church and very close to the Grand Place.

Great location, would recommend this hotel.Posted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: Loved the location, lovely room. Staff are so friendly and really helpful with maps etc. Great price, we paid £55 for the night :)
Cons: Bathroom needs updating, but its fine.
Location: everything is within walking distance. Also free parking outside the hotel on sundays. they also have a parking lot at the back for 22euros.
So many cafes close by, dont bother about breakfast at the hotel.

Great for a weekend stayPosted Apr 8, 2014
Stayed over night with a large group of friends and everyone had positive feedback about the hotel. Good value for money, clean, comfortable, plenty of hot water and within walking distance of the Grand Place. Can't comment on the food though as we ate out

An Overnight Trip to BrussellsPosted Apr 7, 2014
Cons: Shower took a while to heat up.
Location: Square very close which is a hive of activity in the night and close to a host of chocolatiers.
Arrived at Hotel and was greeted by the valet parking attendant, he was very helpful and welcomed me inside to reception. The booking procedure was effortless and once complete I went back out to park my motorcycle in the secure underground car parking accessed by a lift. The valet saw me down and helped carry my luggage back to the hotel reception. Made my way to my room which was very nice and comfortable. Had a drink in the bar again very helpful bar staff before making our way out to eat. Check out in the morning very easy, just local taxes to pay…retrieved motorcycle from car park and was on my way all done in under 10 mins. Great place to stay and very central….Highly Recommended
